ServiClean was amazing I couldn't have asked for better service from the entire crew. The entire crew respected the home each step of the way and it is hard to find good workers like this. If ever I need something like this done they are at the top of my list.

the work passed the mold inspector's tests, so that's terrific. It took two cleanings, but there was no charge for the second cleaning. Not getting it clean the first time is the only reason I marked Quality as a B, and ServiClean did explain the significant challenges they faced in the process, but all aspects of my interaction with ServiClean were first class and I will definitely recommend them to everyone. ServiClean is the only company that my mold Inspector would recommend, and that's because he found them to be the only company that his client really likes.

Great. The guys were just great. They worked hard to remove mold from my basement. I had a leak in the siding that put a lot of water into 2 corners of the basement onto the rim joists. The process was vacuuming the mold to get the loose stuff, cleaning the AC, wiping down the mold with Benefect, then sanding all wooden surfaces and 2x8 joists, running HEPA units, air scrubbing, etc. After remdiation but before the final sealing coat, I waited a week, and had the air tested by an independent firm. The results were great, the mold went from 6,000 penicillium / aspergillis spores per cubic meter down to 30 spores per cubic meter. Now they are coming back to "seal" the wood surfaces. I was very happy with them, and their price was very fair.

ServiClean were great to work with! We had to have the work done for the sale of the house and with having moved out of town and a big snow storm, and the wait (another company) for the mold testing to come back, the schedule was becoming a bit tight. ServiClean clearly worked hard to fit us in and got the job done in time. They did a great job, the room smelled SO clean after they were done! (there was no smell to begin with, but somehow after, the air was So fresh smelling it was amazing- no fragrances, just clean- probably due to a huge air scrubber they brought in after the initial spray treatment). The crew was very polite, thorough, and cleaned up after themselves. There were times on the job when there was no one that spoke English and that made a few simple questions a bit bumpy, but we worked it out and I could have called into the office if it was really an issue. They were a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if we needed to do so. It is so great when you find a company like this! Bravo ServiClean! I have already given your name to two former neighbors.

It went very well. Serviclean is a very professional and thorough company. Their workmen are courteous and prompt. I would recommend this company for mold remediation work.

I am extremely satisfied with the service and professional clean up they provided. The staffs are well trained and they tackled the water damage with proper machinery and high quality products available in the market. Alfredo, the representative of the company, was very cordial and pleasant to work with. Carlos, the coordinator was excellent. I own several other properties, I will use them for all my water related problems. Over all, they are the best I have seen so far. Their price is slightly cheaper than Serve Pro but quality is higher.

Flood was caused by a leaking hot water heater, and spread to impact several rooms and closets. I rejected original service provider recommended by Insurer based on Angie's List reviews and found ServiClean based on Angie's ratings and reviews. They came immediately with an experienced and capable crew, removed all rugs and damaged baseboards throughout (later returned rugs fully cleaned and dry), and left numerous large commercial fans and two large de-humidifiers for a two-day drying period. Returned to remove machines and moisture testing throughout. We were very happy with their work and the results. Restoration and replacement was handled by a different contractor. Workers were pros and did everything right. Very friendly

They actually tried to do a good job, but really didn't on more complicated stuff. There was a fire block the manager said they would remove it, the actual workers did not. The manager called me and said he was sorry. If he was sorry, then he would tell them to remove it. He acted nice, but he is supposed to communicate to his people correctly. The manager apologized and said he wished he could make it right, when he wasn't even there at the job to make it right. It's like someone saying, I am here to help you, but I don't want to do anything. I just want a great review from you so I can sell more. But by the way, they did a good job with everything else. Any more difficult jobs, don't trust them to do like remove a fireblock.

They came on time for the inspection and estimate, the work, and the follow up. During the inspection they went to all the areas of concern and tested for moisture and mold and identified the problem areas. They also described what work would need to be done to remove the mold and how much it would cost. I hired them on the spot and they came back to clean out the mold. The workers were very professional and showed me an area in my foundation that needs to be further monitored and inspected for water leaks which caused the mold in the first place. They were very helpful and I think the price was reasonable.

Exceptional first-class service. Provided detailed information in clear, concise, easy to understand terminology. Efficient in the process and done ahead of schedule. Took care of additional work related to issue even though not part of original estimate, but without additional charges. Our appreciation and thanks go out to Alfredo Ruano and his team for their efforts in making our first home a more pleasurable and safe place to live.

Great. They were very responsive.

We had noticed a patch of mold on our drywall, and decided to have the whole house checked. They responded quickly to our inquiry, scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, were professional and friendly. They performed a full inspection for mold and checked the moisture levels throughout the house. They gave us advice on treating the mold patch and we could not be happier.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a mold inspection - they called me very quickly and setup a time to come by. They arrived on time, did the inspection well and informed me there was no moisture in the basement but a portion of the wall had mold behind it. He told me it would be easy for us to remove it ourselves (the entire wall next to it was down to the studs) instead of quoting me a fee to do it. They were honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommended. I will call them in the future if needs be.

The two gentleman than came, Juan and Alex, were great. They were on time, explained everything they were going to do, and got right to work. The work took roughly 3 hours of non-stop work. Lots of up and down the stairs and moving items. I cooked dinner while they worked and asked to them to stay and eat after they were done, and they did! :) I highly recommend this company!

It went great! The men were prompt, professional, entertaining, and happy. They did what they promised to do and did it well. I would definitely hire them again and can't praise them enough!

After checking reviews on several sites I called ServiClean Inc for a consultation for mold remediation. Carlos responded and thoroughly checked the house. He advised that the damage was very minor and it was not necessary to hire a mold remediation company. Carlos advised how the mold should be cleaned up and suggested that if I needed to hire someone that a regular contractor could handle it for a much lower price. We had no idea of the extent of the damage and could easily have been charged way too much! I am so happy that I chose ServiClean in Woodbridge VA and appreciate Carlos's honesty. If I have a mold or water problem in the future I will call him!

ServiClean was outstanding! From the very first call, through the moisture testing, providing an estimate, completing the actual demo, and handling any follow-up questions they were very responsive, respectful, and completely professional. They were extremely careful in the work they did and made sure not to drag any dirt of dust through the rest of the house. The actual demo was done so well and so cleanly that I wouldn't have ever known they were there had they not left the fans and dehumidifier running for a few days to dry out the room. These days, I schedule work with contractors assuming that they *might* show up during the schedule window. Everyone from ServiClean always showed up on time - usually early - and got right to work. Whenever I left a voice mail or sent an e-mail, Jany was always very quick to respond with exactly what I needed. I had trouble with my insurance company believing that there was damage behind a wall. If they don't see a tree through the roof or siding falling off the wall, they really don't buy it. ServiClean provided me with all the photos and paperwork I needed to follow up with the insurance company, get them to re-open the claim, and get approval on the claim. I cannot recommend ServiClean highly enough. I hope to never have another similar issue, but if I do I know I will call them first.
