We requested a visual examination of three walls below some leaky windows to determine if mold remediation was necessary. Alfredo, the inspector, did not find any fungal growth activity. He spent time explaining the role of moisture in mold growth, and gave us some excellent advice for keeping our windows and home as moisture-free as possible. Alfredo was a delight to work with -- extremely knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and professional. If we need any remediation work in the future, ServiClean will be the first company we will call.

Couldn't determine the source of window leaks, but gave good insights into what the source can be and how to avoid it. It was a poor installation job from the builder.

After a service visit and inspection, they determined that the type of mold removal we needed was not in their scope of business. They referred us to firms more suited to our needs.

Response was very quick. Workers responded rapidly & go most of water cleaned up then got down to drying everything out, cleaned house & carpet. Everyone was courteous & professional.

ServiClean was thorough, on time and professional. I had a toilet leak that caused water damage and mold. They came out 3 times (once to assess and give estimate, once to do the work and set up equipment, and lastly to pick up equipment). They were on time all 3 times. There was an incident when one of the machines stopped running. I called and they had someone out to fix it within the hour. They also cleaned up after themselves well. Would recommend

They sent a gentleman to evaluate the work that needed to be done. He showed up at the scheduled time, did a thorough review and gave me a price. They had a special deal that offered some carpet cleaning as well. I agreed to proceed with the work. They were able to schedule it almost immediately (two days later). They showed up on time and were polite and careful with my floors and other property. They appeared to do a thorough job. I have two HVAC systems (an upstairs and a downstairs). All of the vents were well cleaned, including those that contained some mold, and there was no dust or debris left behind. Everything was sanitized and smelled fresh and clean. They also thoroughly cleaned my family room carpeting.

Great. Carlos was professional, took pictures, and tested for water. Results were that no work was needed.

Outstanding. They were the only water restoration service that responded to my call on the 4th of July and came right over.
