Mold inspection, water damage, flood damage, mold remediation, mold removal, water extraction, mitigation, crawl space, flooded basement, sump pump failure damage, attic leak, roof leak damage, carpet, upholstery. (Air quality testing. We do not make our own air samples because we believe someone else should evaluate our work. It is not ethic and creates conflict of interest.)

Air Duct Cleaning just for our mold remediation customers. Plumbing is not offer at this moment.

Description of Work: Excellent providers of service. They were the only company who returned my call on a holiday. Then they gave me a cell phone number to reach them quickly. They came out two additional times very quickly in response to queries about the fans, etc. I strongly recommend them to anyone with standing water.

Description of Work: Cleanup water damage after a cracked pipe leaked water into bedroom. Excellent service after pulling up carpet and using fans to dry out the pad and carpet. Drying out in ceiling after removing wallboard to fix the pipe. Put furniture, carpet and it looked like new. Came when scheduled. Professional. Couldn't ask for any more!

Description of Work: Serviclean provided mold remediation services at our home. The team was incredibly hard working. It took longer than estimated to complete the job, in part due to circumstances outside their control, but they were extremely thorough. I would recommend and use Serviclean again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning unit in the basement was leaking water. It had been an ongoing problem and we had other people previously look at it. Alfredo discovered that a pipe that went from the unit to the drain had been improperly installed. That was what had been causing the problem all along. It turned out very well. There were no problems at all after the repair. We were very pleased with the work!

Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in our rental property. After it was all put back together we found that the tenant had left all her pots and pans full of water in the kitchen cabinets with the doors closed,. This caused a lot of mold to grow. We called in the company and they came immediately and gave us a good estimate for mold removal plus pulling out and replacing the kitchen cabinets and retiling the countertops,. We were very pleased with the work done.
