+ -1 moreThe company was supposed to assign a cleaning crew of from 2-3 people that would be a regular crew trained to meet our needs and know our property. We never saw the same people twice and it dwindled down to just one person coming. When they did find a helper, they were untrained and did know know what products to use on what surfaces and they did not know how to operate basic equipment like a vacuum cleaner. They were routinely late and they were unable to improve the service even after several client meetings. The people I delt with were always pleasant but the quality of the work never improved.
