The provider called us prior to the appointment. We were unable to answer the phone so he did not show. Do not use this company. We took off work and because ONE call went to voicemail, we had to reschedule our work schedules. Completely unprofessional.

That worked out very well. He came out, diagnosed the problem instantaneously. Then we had to wait a couple of days for an part. It went very smoothly. Everything went very well. I was very pleased. I paid additional just for the part. The quality was excellent. He knew what he was doing. I think what we ended up doing, was I ordered the part online and had it delivered the next day. So I did that independently of him and then he just came and installed it.
Description of Work: It was a refrigerator, an ice maker.
