Description of Work: They came out and fixed my furnace on the weekend and did an awesome job after another local company had come out the weekend before and charged me about the same amount and didn't fix it.

+ -1 moreWe have had Schaffer's Heating and Cooling servicing our two heat pumps since 1997. They are just great. They are always professional, friendly, and efficient. We had them replace one of the heat pumps last year, and they offered a discount on the labor if we replaced both at the same time. We opted not to. The second is over 20 years old, and will die soon, but they have been great about babying it along.
Description of Work: On a 100 degree day, I discovered that one of the heat pumps was not working. Mike came right over, within 20 minutes of my call. He saw that the problem was some broken wire connectors. He replaced the connectors, and didn't charge me a dime!
