Description of Work: Mr. Roth repaired two holes in our ceiling (drywall). He also repaired faulty shut-off valves in our bathroom and installed new faucets. All work was completed neatly, promptly and professionally, within the specified time frame. Mr. Roth was very courteous and considerate. We are very satisfied with his work and his service, and plan to employ him again.

Description of Work: I had some moldings installed and existing recessed lighting. Lawrence also provided advice on another question I had with my fireplace. + -1 moreLawrence Roth was on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. He devised a much more effective and less labor intensive method of re-routing the cable than I had thought of. Since his idea was a clever way to run it exteriorly, it was much quicker, cleaner & took all of the ceiling drilling that I had originally envisioned completely out of the picture. He provided the new toilet seat which saved me the trouble of getting it which was nice. Everything turned out great.
Description of Work: Re-routed cable from one bedroom to another, put up new mailbox, installed shower head, installed new toilet seat, & attached garden hose holder.

+ 0 moreExcellent, as always. Yesterday he replaced a bi-fold closet door and hardware. In March he replaced latch and woodwork on attic drop down door. Also in March he took out 1 base cabinet and cut countertop for new washer/dryer. In January he replaced 4 light fixtures and attempted to make stove, refrigerator and dishwasher level. This is only from 2008. Our first records on his work begin in 2004. We have always been extremely pleased.
Description of Work: Trim out kitchen window. Insulate around window. Provide and install dry wall double layer. Finish drywall. 2 trips required to finish. Provide and install 3"-4" window stool 36" long; colonial base molding around 4 sides of window; rip jamb wood on 4 sides of window to extend window jamb. Caulk and fill - ready to paint. Also supplied and replaced faucet aerator.
