Description of Work: Lawrence repaired water damage to our bay window top and bottom. He removed one kitchen cabinet and installed a new one as well as installing two drawer runners in other cabinets. Very professional throughout the two visits and the work was beyond our expectations.

Description of Work: Lawrence Roth contacted me the same the day I first emailed. We scheduled a time for him to evaluate and estimate costs during the first phone call. He provided an estimate on-the-spot, whereas others required a week to try to figure out how to do the job and estimate costs. Everything was completed on-schedule for the agreed-upon price. I have had seven different contractors work on my house in the last year, and Lawrence is the only one who has not tried to cut corners to bolster profits. He even took the time to ensure that I understood what I was doing on some finish work I plan to handle myself.

Description of Work: Mr Roth installed a new outside motion light to replace one that was old and broken. We have used Mr Roth for over 20 years and always call him when we have a problem. Description of Work: he was nice and explained how complicated it would be to put in a cat door and replace a doggy door that already had the hole in it. he said it would be almost $400. i told him it was too much and did not use his service. my husband & I are armatures at handyman stuff, in fact we are lousy. we completed the project in 5 hours. no complications and no cost.

Description of Work: We contact Mr. Roth to fix our master bathroom ceiling which was opened due to a leak from the condo above. He ensured that the leak was dried and fixed and proceeded to do drywall work. He was prompt and courteous and we would use him again.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have had Mr Roth come and do some basic handyman jobs for me. I provided him a list of things and he came prepared to accomplish them with the utmost in professionalism. Mr Roth is not the cheapest person you will find and he will tell you that. The thing he is without a doubt is very good at what he does and provides excellent advice about ways to accomplish the task the least expensive way.
