I drove with the Shop Manager Graddy and let him hear the noise. We both Identified where the noise was coming from and he stated he would would give me a call once he got it in the shop. When he called he said that I needed parts so I gave him the ok to proceed with the repair., I got my car back and its still making the exact same noise its like they did not even touch it .When I took the car back up to the shop they were very defensive and did not want to take a second look because they stated that the part I needed was around a 1000 bucks to repair..Stay away they will take your money and NOT FIX THE PROBLEM!!!

The mechanics here are great. They are honest, they are fast to do their work and they don't charge you for things that you don't need to be charged. They are friendly and down to earth. They are awesome.

They have been my current mechanic since the early 1980's. They are fantastic! They do not overcharge, and they do not charge you for things that are wrong with your car. They find the problem and fix it. They work efficiently, and they are not expensive.

Hm. I was referred to Leon since he worked on older automobiles. He builds and races his own cars and they are impressive. I took several of my cars there and at first things seemed to be OK and I was satisfied with the service, The prices were a bit on the high side but I thought I found a mechanic that was fair, communicative and consistent. I used him for about a year and he seemed to do a great job. Finally I took two cars there for A/C work and after two visits they still did not blow cool - approximately 45-55 degrees for each car after over $1200 of work on one and $1000 of work on the other - the latter's A/C was completely replaced only three years prior but was not properly charged. The first automobile was said to cool at 39 degress but that was in a cool place out of the sun. He said that that was all the system would do and I said I was not happy but would give it a try. Funny me - I took the next car since the system was just installed but needed charging. After determining it needed a new POA valve the system then required to be vacuumed out again and when I was called to pick it up, I was surprised that the bill was over $1000. I was so upset that I paid the price, then got in my auto only to find the ducts were in the floorboard and my speakers which were removed to access the A/C system under the dash were also laying in the floorboards. I was even more upset and drove off and found that the compressor was damaged so that it actually made the engine down-surge (hesitate) when I had the system on. I called and of course Leon said that that was impossible and that he had to make even more repairs to get the car colder. Clearly the A/C system repairs were not finished and are now damaged. In addition to leaving car a mess, he apparently did not test drive the car or he would have felt the problem with the compressor too. Of course everything was my fault in that there were many other things that needed repairing. So I have two classic cars that I cannot drive in the summer - at least until I find a mechanic that can repair them correctly. So bottom line - high priced, little communication and now - untrustworthy. Go somewhere else.

I had bought the part, and they agreed to install it for me. They installed it in about 2 hours, and for the past 5 months, I have had no issues with it. They quoted a fair price for installation, about $100 - $120 (I can't remember off the top of my head).It's not a great place to be stuck for 2 hours, though...there is a very small waiting area, but it's kind of awkwardly placed and the furniture is about to fall apart. The guys are all very friendly and helpful. They gave me the original parts that were replaced.

Required replacement of one windshield wiper blade that had been replaced 3 mos earlier. Pretty sure did not have to be replaced and they "gotcha"

They are 2 for 2 with different vehicles. Will use them again

We dint have any complaints with them, and the service was good. They were very punctual. They made sure that the work was finished and the car was delivered on time.

Riverview Shell is a trustworthy auto repair shop. It's so easy to get ripped off by repair shops when you don't have much mechanical knowledge. Before Riverview Shell I was always leary about repair shops. It's refreshing to find a place to take your vehicles where you get honest, hardworking folks who don't try to sell and "repair" things that you don't need. They have a quick turnaround on repairs and everyone is extremely friendly, honest and helpful!
