Mariano was excellent to work with! We will definitely be hiring him for future projects. He is very polite, professional, hardworking, honest, and easy to communicate with. I appreciate Marianos transparency through the whole process. He was able to turn our laundry room from a cramped tiny room into a much larger functional space and we love it. He was able to accommodate for our timeline and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of his work is excellent and we are very happy with the results. I contracted with Quality Improvements to build a large deck. The build site is on rough sloping terrain. Mr Mariano Siles oversaw the project and in fact did most of the work. He was very personable and patient in explaining to me the challenges and his proposed solutions. His exceptional attention to detail resulted in a beautiful 400sf deck built to code and absolutely level. I would enthusiastically recommend Quality Improvements to anyone.

Needed new washing machine installed to replace existing machine. Submitted job on the Angi app. Received call from this company. Installation and haul away quoted price of $350 without hoses. If hoses needed price $450. Cash was requested. I requested new hoses. After removing the job was started and the old machine was removed I was told that materials were not included in the quoted price. I stated that price of materials was not discussed prior to accepting the job. Never received a contract or receipt. Final price was $500. This company did not wear shoe covers nor did they put down anything to protect the carpet which left a mess in the laundry area and on stairs for me to clean.

I had my siding and balcony washed. The pressure was adjusted for each type of surface. The windows were also washed. I have a 3 level single family home and it was hard to get to some very tall heights. Mariano was easy to work with. The rate was fair for the size and height of the residence. He even provided some tips for regular upkeep.
