HORRIBLE!! IF YOU ARE MILITARY AND ASSIGNED THIS COMPANY I SUGGEST YOU REQUEST FOR ANOTHER MOVING COMPANY!! MY SONS BELONGINGS CAME UP MISSING AND SPOKE TO THE PRESIDENT AND FOUND IT FOSHY THAT HE DIDNT WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY SITUATION IN FRONT OF HIS COLLEAGUES! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! MY BRAND. EW COUCH WAS MARKED WITH A PERMANENT MARKER ON THREE DIFFERENT SECTIONS OF MY COUCH FROM ONE OF THEIR PACKERS LABELING ITEMS ON TOP OF MY COUCH!! NOT TO MENTION THEIR PACKERS WERE USING OUR WORK OUT EQUIPMENT WHILE PACKING!! SITTING IN OUR COUCH WHILE PACKING!! STEALING FROM OUR NEIGHBORS GARAGE WHILE PACKING OUT OUR STUFF!! NOT A COMPANY OF INTEGRITY OR PROFESSIONALISM!!

Awful! Mostly everything was damaged to the point where it was entirely written off. On packing day, they didn't bring the proper box for my plasma TV, so they made one. They slid the contrapment over the screen leaving the stand exposed. When the mover picked it up, it slid out of the covering and fell onto the floor of the truck. It broke the stand. The stand could no longer be replaced as Panasonic had just quit making the TV. These guys sat on my damage claim for six months. The agent at the insurance compnay was a total b!tch and completely unprofessional. She told my attorney that I was trying to rip them off. The person that inspected the furniture for the insurance settlement operated a furniture repair business, and he tried to rip off both me and the insurance company. The rate he quoted to repair the items that could be repaired was nearly three times what his competitors quoted.

There was $2000.00 worth of damage to our items. We had a broken bedroom suite, entertainment speakers, china cabinet items, bookshelf and many more items were damaged. We contacted them about the damage and they said to send them pictures. We filled out a form for them as well. They e-mailed us a reply to apologize for this and so far have done nothing about it. My daughter is sleeping on the floor and they are dragging their feet. I would never use this company again. When a company agrees to service military families, their service should be the highest quality possible. The companies should realize that the military families experiences go far past just putting stuff in boxes and throwing it in a trailer. Pullen Moving Company thinks they can make a quick buck at the military families expense. What they don't know is they are causing financial issues with families that have to replace all the personal items they damage or destroy when Pullen doesn't cover the damages. Everyone has tough experiences in life, some tougher than others, dealing with companies that do the bare minimum when any company serving anyone no matter who they are should perform at their highest level each day. I hope no one has to experience the damage and loss to household goods & family collectible's. This is definitely a disappointment and because of their actions and lack of care, I will never use a moving company for my personal needs if I have to move from my current location. They said " The US Army has yet to subrogate against us for the claim you are addressing us on because Mr. Pennington has not followed the regulation guidelines." Well maybe they need to do some research because according to Army Regulation when a mover (that would be Pullen) damages personal property, the moving company assumes full responsibility, not the Army. The moving company has to cover full replaceable cost or repair every item damaged not just the ones they chose to. I could use the Army in the claim process if I didn't want to claim against the moving company, but the Army would pro-rate my stuff so I would get even less for my damaged items. The bed & the dresser was both made of particle board. The places where they was damaged could not be safely repaired to make the bed safe for my daughter. They knew this but they also knew I was in a bind because since it was damaged my daughter was sleeping on the floor i n a sleeping bag and did this for over 2 weeks. The 3 drawer dresser new would have been 85.00, they only gave me 69.00. The bed set to include mattress was 429.00 they only gave me 214.50. They did cover the rest for the most part. But the bed set was the main disagreement and again the rules are if they cannot repair they have to replace. I guess I should have let them attempt to repair the bed, and when it broke and my daughter was injured, filed legal action against them. The base of the bed on one corner was cracked/shattered. Particle wood cannot be repaired once its damaged to that extend. Even the chief investigator at Ft Hood military claims office came out and looked at the bed and agreed it could not be repaired, North American that unloaded it also took pictures and also said it couldn't be put together because of the damage. I will also be contacting the military claims office and Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. They need to hear both sides of this story.
