May 2014 we returned home from a trip and discovered a ceiling collapse in a bedroom that we use as an office/guest room. It was an absolute mess with all of the drywall and blow-in insulation covering everything in the room. We called our insurance agent and they scheduled an adjuster to be at the house at 10 am the next day. I asked our agent if they could recommend a contractor to help us. She said that PSI was recommended to her by another agent. I called PSI and they said they would be at our house the same time as the insurance adjuster. After review, the adjuster left and PSI said they would have a crew here in 2 hours to clean up. They arrived with about 8 people and did a terrific job to remove all of the mess and pack up some of our goods (computer equipment, printers, clothes that were in a closet etc) to take off site for cleaning and they cleaned book cases desk, bed etc and put them in our garage. Approximately a week or so later they delivered everything - all cleaned and in boxes where necessary back to our garage. They told us to call them when the room was finished being repaired and new carpet was installed and they would put everything back in the room. A few weeks later that was accomplished and everything is now back in order. PSI did a terrific job they were efficient and professional and I highly recommend them if you need damage clean up. They were careful with everything and cleaned up really well.

PSI was called back twice because we still had mold (and we still have mold!) They did not use safe and proper procedures, they spread mold spores. Several items were broken, instructions were not followed at all, and to make matters worse, someone on the crew stole from us.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this job. First of all, the cost estimate was significantly less than the other two proposals I received. I had an independent reinspection after the work was done and the results met the extremely high standards of the inspector. Mr. Purcell (owner of business) was always very professional, punctual and also has a very calm demeanor which helps in a situation like this. The team of people working throughout the home did an excellent job, non-intrusive and took great care with my belongings. I would definitely recommend and use again.

They were very helpful with my flood. This company recommended we call an industrial mold inspector. They declined extra work because the insurance company wouldn't pay for it. They were very honest. They didn't want to do a job they couldn't get a certificate for.
