Description of Work: Bryan was super responsive. I got many follow up emails (which worked better for me than phone calls), he got us into his schedule quickly and his team had the job done fast. When I asked about additional work, he went to my house that day to check things out. The work they performed was top quality. Made me want to move back into the house. :) Will use again!!

Description of Work: They repainted our metal roof. This was an extremely difficult job. They did an incredible job at a great price. The crew who did the work did such a terrific job that both of our neighbors asked for a referral. I have already engaged them to do some interior work. They start next week.

Description of Work: I have used this company on numerous occasions and would highly recommend them. This time they painted two bedrooms, replaced rotting wood on the front porch and painted the entire porch. I have always been very pleased with their workmanship and professionalism of the team who performs the work.

Description of Work: Professional Painters repaired an exterior gutter, which alleviated water coming into the lower level of the house and the garage. PP also painted LR/DR (which involved stripping wallpaper), 1 bathroom with dressing room and 2 bedrooms. Overall I have to say that Bryan Barr and his employees were exceedingly professional, very courteous and adept at the skills required to paint. Bryan responded immediately to my request for an estimate, was punctual at the initial visit (and all subsequent arrival times thereafter - if the crew said that they would be back at 7:30AM the next day, they were there at 7:29AM!) and provided a reasonable price for the work to be done. I found Bryan's crew very easy to work with; I also noted that they communicated with Bryan on a regular basis, yet they were not micro-managed on Bryan's part. I would use this company again, even though the "true" overall grade I would give is an A-. As time has gone by I have noted minor paint deficiencies around the windows and doors that I would be hard-pressed to identify, other than to say it looks as if the paint is "bleeding"or the walls are just bad. As these are not easily seen I would not be inclined to call and complain. I will probably call on Bryan again to freshen the painting in my so-called family room area, perhaps strip wallpaper in master bedroom (but after bath has been remodeled) and paint that room. I would probably engage in these projects by late 2016-early 2017.

Description of Work: Bryan was very conscientious and very detail oriented. He is not only the owner, but personally involved in meeting with us before, during, and after the work. Jose was a great worker, never wasted a minute, and was very affable. Professional Painting is a great name for the company, because they certainly are professionals. You feel like you are dealing with pros! | |The work involved preparing and painting all exterior wood surfaces as well as power washing all siding and hand washing our gutters. House is a large two story brick fronted, vinyl sided home. All doors, shutters, trim, & foundations, including stairwell to basement, were painted. Ended up power washing one side of home three times to Bryan's satisfaction. | |Price was fair to good for the work done. | |Hope Professional Painting is available in about ten years to do it again, because they would certainly be our choice!

Description of Work: Professional Painting has almost painted the entire inside of our house. They do an excellent job. They are punctual, neat, and professional. They do little extra things to. For example, the door in the bedroom they painted stuck. They asked if I would like them to fix it. They did and did not charge me. We will definitely call them the next time we need painters.

Description of Work: 1. Installed and Finished drywall on 3 walls and ceiling (renovated down to studs and joists) in kitchen renovation to paint grade finish. |2. Repaired drywall on 4 walls and a hall ceiling to paint grade finish | |Very responsive called one day and Bryan came the next day to survey the site. Provided the estimate the next Monday. As soon as I signed the contract, Bryan checked with his drywall contractor and work was begun 2 days later on a weekend and finished that same weekend. | |Very professional. Put up plastic to protect rest of house. Cleaned up both inside and outside at conclusion of the job. Bryan made it clear what was included in the quot5e and what was not (materials). Bryan asked multiple times if I was satisfied with the work....of course I was. | |Both Bryan and his subcontractor were very prompt, friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable. | |Based on some research I had done, I felt the price was a bit high but the conditions probably justified the difference -- homeowner renovation, joining to existing drywall in multiple areas, working around the furniture and equipment in the area (we were still living in the house), and quick turnaround that I desired. | |Would definitely hire Bryan again.

+ 3 moreThey are highly reliable. They do good work and I was really satisfied that is why I called them back. They are timely and professional. They showed up on time. Price wise it is fair. Brian is the owner of this company. What I like that he does is that he quotes the price for his time and labor. Then he uses high quality paints from the local supplier. What he does is that he estimates the cost of material and if it goes above that he tells you what that is. He provides the invoice for the material cost and adds that to the total bill. So in his bid he puts in the time including the time taken to purchase the materials for the job, the labor, and the invoice for the material and that is what you pay. There are no surprises and if you want to cut the estimates on your own you can by reducing the cost of the materials by going in for cheaper materials. I like that. It is the material that is the hidden cost and that sort of boosts the bottom line and he does not mess with you that way. By using good materials in the long run it helps you to save money and it also gives you better job satisfaction because those paints go on smoothly and it is easier for them to apply and it saves time. But if you want to use cheaper materials he will do it for you. Brian is a busy guy but one thing about him is that if he says he is going to be there at a certain time to give you an estimate or he is going to be back for a follow up he will be there at the time when he says he is going to be there. Since I had used him last year for interior painting and he had done a great job, he guarantees his work for three years. I had interior plumbing done when I had a lot of dry wall replaced. He did the dry wall replacement and he painted most of the inside of the house. In couple of places on the dry wall once the paint had cured in one of my bathrooms I really did not like it since I could see stains on the drywall. So when he came back for this job I showed that to him and he fixed those to the highest degree, to my satisfaction. He honors that satisfaction for three years. I actually attest that he honors that. He does use promotional flyers and offering 10% off to military and so forth. He honors that too. I recommend him highly and I would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I had Professional Painting two and half weeks ago to do power washing and exterior painting of the house for me. They removed some bad trim, replaced and painted them, I had my garage painted after removing the stains on the drywall, they also hand washed all the gutters and washed the decks. I have used them last year.

+ 2 moreI'm going to call them for some additional contract work. The waiting list is forever because his name has spread around so much. He is a perfectionist. One thing I really liked, when the work was done he asked us to look around for some minor things to fix and we found some and he fixed them and then he found a bunch of little things to fix which he came back to fix. He fixed according to his estimates, he has a good crew, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with him in the house or if I had to leave. The price was great, he did more than expected. He did a lot of work. He did things just to make it look even nicer. They did a lot to prevent it getting messy and when it was done they did an incredible job cleaning up, they went beyond expectations. They would come at exactly 8 o'clock in morning. I would definitely use them in the future but there is a waiting list.
