Professional Painting LLC

Our experience with Professional Painting Company was excellent. My wife and I just built a new home and went to settlement on October 23, 2014. I reached out to several contractors before settlement, but made the decision to go with Professional Painting because we've used them in the past for previous jobs and they are without a doubt the single best painters in the area. They do an excellent interior and exterior painting job with a commitment to detail and willingness to not leave the project until the client is completely satisfied. Without any hesitation, the owner of the company, Bryan Barb kindly rearranged his schedule to accommodate us. My home is 3 stories and around 4000 square foot and his team started the project the day after we went to settlement and finished 5-days later. Keep in mind this was custom colors throughout the whole house with different colors in each room. His team was extremely professional, their attention to detail was exquisite, they were always considerate, and efficient. The owner inspected the project every evening to make sure the job was done well and if there were minor imperfections, the painters fixed those areas the next day. Bryan Barb and his entire team are amazing painters and always go above and beyond the call of duty. This is why we won't do business with any other painter in the future.. We have used Bryan and his crew previously. As with our first experience, everything was great. We were fortunate to have 3 guys this time - Marvin, Jose and Daniel. The project took approximately 3 days. Everything went smoothly. No problems. The crew was very clean and tidy. I was working from home the first day of the project and they did not cause a disturbance to me while working. I can't say enough about Bryan and his crew. They truly are awesome and do great work. I will say that Bryan is a really great communicator. He lets you know exactly what is going on; if there are any issues; how to resolve the issues, etc. This is a major plus for me. You can't go wrong with this company. This is our second time working with Bryan and truly would not hesitate to work with them again. Great work!!

It was great. They sent 2 painters out to do the job. They got the job done over several days. The cleanup was great.

We were happy with them. They took on the job even though it was not a huge job. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The price was good and the workmanship was good and they did it fast. There were a few spots that they missed with the cleanup but however it was very small.

Florencio was most prompt in replying to all my messages. He was very easy to work with and very professional. He and his crew arrived promptly, were very professional and friendly, and did a great job cleaning up after. The work was a high quality. I'd use them again, and do not hesitate in recommending them.

Professional Painting was one of four providers from whom we solicited proposals based on ratings, comments, Service Awards, warranty, and proximity. Nothing has changed in our initial evaluation of them as a top-tier provider. Unfortunately, their work load was such that the site walk-through could not be scheduled for another month, and actual work not until a month after that. We felt it unwise to wait that long and have selected another provider. Nevertheless, we would consider them in the future.

They did a great job. Very reasonably priced and very professional. Would use again.

It could not have gone better. Bryan Barb came out and gave me an estimate which I felt was within reason. He arrived when he said he would and was very thorough in emailing the contract to me within several hours. Bryan told me that he and his team were running about a two-week wait period. There was an opportunity for our job to move up earlier because of some rain setting back exterior jobs but because we had house guests I had to decline. However, within two weeks Bryan came to the house exactly at the appointed time and introduced us to Marvin and Jose who would be doing the work. First, I was impressed by their professional attitude and demeanor. Second, as they set about to start they put down drop clothes from the front door to the work area and then they sealed off the kitchen from the rest of the house with plastic so that no dust or fumes would and very little noise would be noticed in the rest of the first floor. Before they started they asked any questions and clarified anything that may have been ambiguous. Once they began their work my husband and I let Marvin and Jose know we were going to run some errands and left them to do their work. Finally, when the job was completed which took between 8 to 9 hours they cleaned everything up so you would not have known they had even been there. When the work was complete Marvin and I walked through and checked every item that was to be done and he made certain that it was done to our satisfaction -- which it was. I gave him the check for the work and we parted with a happy hand shake. After Marvin and Jose drove away we just stood in our kitchen smiling as we were so pleased with the workmanship and the way our renovated kitchen looked now that the final touch, the new paint color, was completed. Bryan Barb contacted me that evening to make sure we were happy with the work and the workers. I assured him that we were and there would be future work in the future. I cannot say enough good things about Professional Painting, LLC, Bryan Barb and his team. They are true professionals and a pleasure with which to work. I highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

They were great. They showed up on time and put in 3 good days of work. We had them remove some wallpaper that had been installed in the tight space. We also had them do some painting high up in the foyer. Really happy with the results. They were very friendly and professional.

My initial contact with Bryan Barb (owner) went very well. He arrived on time and came fully prepared (which I appreciated). Bryan had references in hand (no other contractor did) and gave a few suggestions during the walk through. I had several questions for Bryan after our meeting and emailed him and he was very responsive. He answered all my questions in a short period of time. On the first day of work, Bryan and his crew arrived ON TIME (pleasant surprise). There was a two member crew for the job (Marvin and Jose). Bryan walked Marvin through the job and explained everything that needed to be done. Marvin and Jose got right to work. I must say, these are two hard working individuals. I was home the first day in case of questions, etc. I noticed they didn't take any "breaks," etc. They worked up until lunch and then only took about 20 minutes. Just meaning that there wasn't a bunch of "lag" time. Marvin and Jose corrected all of my DIY mistakes, sanded the walls, primed the walls and painted. Our kitchen ceiling had a bit of an issue and they worked hard to fix it. Bryan dropped by one day and didn't like the look of the ceiling (felt it could be better) and had Marvin worked further on it. I was thrilled!! They also noticed another spot that was an "issue" and went ahead and fixed that as well. Marvin and Jose were excellent. They were very professional and respectful. At one point the entire kitchen was taped up and I told them they could leave it taped up over night. They were very appreciative (as it would save time the next day (I'm assuming)). When I came home from work early one day, they made sure not to disturb me and when I walked around they would always ask if everything was ok, were they in MY way. I apologized profusely for always being in THEIR way. But really, what a refreshing change. The job was completed on time! I can't say enough about this company. They truly are professionals and I would highly recommend them. As a matter of fact, we are using them again for the outside of our house! We will also use them for the bedrooms once we can figure out colors, etc. So please have no concerns when using this company. They are terrific!!

We had a wonderful experience with Professional Painting LLC. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and courtesy displayed by everyone. Brian helped find all our colors for touch-up, made good recommendations for problem areas and gave us a schedule they stuck to. The crew, Marvin, Jose and Pedro have to be the MOST organized and clean crew I have ever worked with. At the end of each day it was as if they were never there. They arrived promptly and immediately went to work but answered any questions we had. We never had a mess left for us. They were very respectful of our belongings and made sure they were well protected. We were informed everyday of what they were going to accomplish and they did. Our home is large and they cheerfully went about their work each morning picking up speed as they did so. Thanks for a great job!

He was very personable. I liked his quote, I just ended up finding a friend of the family to do the work.

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate at 10am on 2/8/14, but no one showed up or called to cancel. I received a voicemail message on 2/14/14 apologizing for missing our appointment on 2/13/14; a date and time I knew I would not be available due to my work hours.

Excellent responsiveness. Was on-time for first visit and provided a written estimate. Once we agreed to the work the job was scheduled within two weeks. Walked through the work to be done on the first day and the crew completed it on-time. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Will use them again for our painting needs.

We chose this company based on the reviews, conversations with the local Benjamin Moore paint store ,who were familiar with Bryan's (the owner) work and his knowledge and suggestions he made for our home. From the beginning we were very impressed. He responded quickly and was very professional and easy to work with. The built in bookcase was large and a very dark Williamsburg blue and was now going to be painted white. I was concerned about the white covering such a dark color and the possibility of books sticking to the surface. Bryan assured us that he would be using a special paint (a combo of oil based and latex) that works well in this situation. We were glad to hear that he had a lot of experience building and painting bookcases. Bryan arrived promptly the first day and discussed again in detail with me and his crew everything to be done. His painters ,Marvin and Pedro were courteous and worked diligently 8-9 hrs each day. They even installed hardware for curtains. Bryan came by on the third day and again on the last day to inspect every inch of their work. Great job on the clean up also. We were extremely impressed.. They were not the cheapest estimate but worth every penny. We will definitely use this company again.

Bryan returned my phone call quickly and provided me an immediate estimate; his guys were courteous and professional and did a wonderful job. They even patched some additional items that we didn't plan for at no extra charge.

Brian was courteous, friendly, and offered several suggestions that worked out well. He also did some work for my sister, at her request.

PERFECT! Everything is perfect. Thank you so much. I have passed your name onto other people for paint jobs. The crew was punctual, professional and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. In addition to total perfection and professionalism, they completed the job at least two hours prior to their estimated time. My job entailed a lot as it is a new construction home and they had to do a lot of wall repairs as I learned that builders use flat paint to hide imperfections. I'm convinced Orlando and the crew found all of them. :) Thank you for a job well done. I can't stop looking at it. I can't wait to start on my next project.

They were here when they said they would be here and they completed the job when they said they would. They got the job done in one day.

The owner, Bryan Barb, responded quickly to me each time I called. He had a positive, professional attitude and I felt comfortable inviting him into my home for an estimate of service. He did a great job inspecting my home and offered advise on how to deal with difficult areas and kept our best interest in mind. I had to leave town while the work was being completed and was extremely impressed when I returned home. The painting job was beautiful and the furniture and other items were placed back in the original locations with great care. The quality of work was outstanding and I was most impressed with the overall professionalism of the painting crew. I absolutely recommend Professional Painting LLC! Great job guys!

Bryan arrived to see what i wanted accomplished. He provided me an estimate and it was a little expensive, however, the paint job turned out great. The guys were punctual and cleaned up daily as i was told they would. It was a great experience. I have and will continue to recommend this company to friends and family

Owner was very responsive and very approachable. In the past when I would reach out to a contractor, I might never hear back, less get the answers I needed. With Bryan, you always got a response and he was on top of everything. Everything promised was delivered on time and on budget. Clearly he cares about doing the job right and it shows. The actual work completed was exceptional. I don't have the time these days to do the work myself. But when I do, I go the extra mile. I want every line to be straight and transitions to be perfect. They definitely delivered. The lines were clean and we were hard-pressed to find any paint splatters. They even did a great job patching and sanding. It was actually difficult to find exactly where the holes were patched because they did such a great job. Workers arrived on time every day and treated the house and belongings with respect. Furniture that was moved was put back when they were done. None of this is an exaggeration. I hate calling on contractors because you never know what you'll get. I'm glad we called on Professional Painting and we will absolutely use them for our next paint project.

Marvin and Melvin were on time ever day and they provided consistent professional quality work each and every day their knowledge and craft skills are beyond reproach perfect drywall repairs and the painting was fantastic worth every penny spent I will have them back to do more projects I have that will need to be done without question. It was a pleasure to have them in our home to work and the dogs loved them, Rascal still looks out the window looking for them to pull up for his scratches and biscuit from Marvin. I wish there was a way to post pictures of the work they did again my wife and I are ecstatic with the work and the company, it?s like we now have a new home?amazing what a great paint job will do.
