Called Pro-Keys as I had lost both house and car key. Jerry was out within the hour and installed a new front door lock set and reprogrammed car key ( i had the spare). Couldn't say enough about him, professional, thorough and very nice..

He was prompt and professional and was in and out within 30 minutes. He was very nice and I would definitely use again. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I was having work done on my rental property and the workers were not able to get in because the handle on the door was broken. I called Pro-Keys and the locksmith said that he would try to move some appointments around so he could get to my place as soon as possible. He came quickly and opened the door. Since we had workers using the key to the house, we didn't want to change the locks yet. He put a temporary new handle on the door, gave me advice on the type of new handle and lock to buy, and gave me a discount on the second service call to install the new handle and lock. Overall very professional and great customer service!

THANK YOU THANK YOU Not only did he go the extra mile on putting the new lock in, he oiled all the mechanical parts of the lock. I had mention the storm door not shutting properly and he fixed that as well (this was not part of the original request for service) I thought he was very professional, knew what he was doing, and his price was VERY reasonable. For the same service with replacement parts for the same door about 8 months ago cost us almost 800.00 I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. GREAT JOB, fast,professional and worth every $ spent

Never showed up to perform a lock change. Not even a phone call

Jerry arrived on time, and his communication on his progress, the cost of parts vs. labor, and impacts of the new equipment were fantastic. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for a knowledgeable locksmith.

One of the locks, purchased at Homedepot, was obviously a returned item as it was missing parts and some of the screw holes were stripped. Also one of the doors was sagging due to the builder failing to put all the screws in the hinges. Jerry, the service owner, fixed the damaged lock, and put a screw in the door at no extra charge. He was also able put the lock in the basement door even though the door was not installed correctly. He arrived on time, was quick, and cleaned up after himself. His price was one of the best of all the service providers I looked at. I would definitely recommend Pro-keys Locksmith services and hire them again.

Jerry arrived exactly on time. He unjammed the lock on my front door, removed it and replaced it with a much better quality lock. He also replaced an old doorknob and lock on the door leading to the garage. He gave me great advice & recommendations for several other lock related projects. He was polite and professional and there was absolutely no pressure. He even recommended against putting in a lock that he could have charged me for but he said it was not a wise move. I will absolutely use him again for the things we discussed and I will keep his number in my phone for emergencies.

Jerry was prompt and professional. He re-keyed the cylinder and made the extra keys beyond the two standard that we needed. The price was more affordable than other companies we have used in the past. It turns out one of my friends knew Jerry from her previous employer and she said he is always friendly and professional. We will definitely use him for our future locksmith needs.
