+ 1 moreIt's not always consistent. It's the value versus what you get. They're not cheapest but they're not the most expensive.
Description of Work: I used PJ Landscaping for the lawn. They do general landscaping and the lawn. The last time they were there was just getting it cut for the winter. They do the fertilization and treatment.

+ 0 morePierre came on time and worked a whole day with three helpers to complete the job in my large 1/3 acre front/backyard.
Description of Work: Pierre is a great guy, very friendly, slightly limited English, but did very good yard cleanup, gutter cleaning, and did good work, and gave a very good written price estimate. Was a little difficult to schedule, but he is very busy, and I'm hiring him again to take down a 70 foot oak tree for a very good price.

+ -1 moreVery poorly. Very unprofessional, with no efforts to fulfill contract requirements. PJ refused to return e-mails or telephone calls to straighten thes mess out.
Description of Work: Pierre (after two calls and two weeks) finally came out to do a measure and find out what I wanted for landscaping. He promised me an estimate and plan within days. Only after repeated calls, most of which were ignored. Finally, an estimate was sent to me that did not list what was to be performed, what plants, trees and other materials were included, and there was no plan. The price quoted was good, but there was nothing specified for performance metrics.

Description of Work: I have been using PJ for 3 years now. I can say that he is a great guy with a small crew and always tries to make me happy. His prices are the best and the workmanship is good. I have him do weekly lawn service as well as the following projects: Built a patio $3500 Build a fence $4500 Built a walkway $3200 Planted trees $1200 Cut down a tree $900 Since we found him we have recommended him to our neighbors for work. I highly recommend that you give him a try.
