Eric "Franklin" initially promised to start on a date in early March, but never showed up. It took him another three weeks to finally show up and do the work. He was paid a deposit of $300 to get started and for materials. He finished the work, and collected the remaining $800.00 which included the painting of the new installed areas with the promise to return once the weather got warmer. Eric "Franklin" did a lousy job with the pergula - he cut the pieces of the pergula very sloppy and installed some lattice that was already broken. It took my mom weeks of calling and chasing him through the neighborhod to get him to return and fix the issues. He never returned to paint even after my mom spotted him at a neighbor's house the other day. My mom asked him about our deck and he replied that he would do our deck - the very same day - once he was finished with his current project. He never did show up. He is unreliable and not a businessman I would not recommend taking on home projects. Stay away from him. He will take your money and continually breaks his promise.
