Perfect Ins

Omar with Perfect Ins did an excellent job installing a new coaxial cable and its cable outlet box for TV hook-up. He did the work very professionally with the least impact on the house structure. Omar only uses high quality materials, which ensures proper signal quality and strength. In addition, Omar replaced all previously installed cable connector, which turned out to be unacceptable. I would definitely use Perfect Ins for my future cabling needs and highly recommend their services.

Omar did an OUTSTANDING job at a very reasonable price. He re-ran an HDTV cable that was damage and checked to ensure the TV worked properly. Next he hung a new TV for me on an exisiting mount. he put in new and shorter cables so the install was cleaner and easier, Omar is very pleasant and easy to work with. i would highly recommend him.

I began the project as a budget conscious home theater project and was wary of getting to the end only to find out I'd have to start all over or purchase different equipment to complete the project. After reading the reviews of Omar/Perfect Ins, I decided to move forward and make an appointment through Angie's List. I'm so glad I did! Omar and I talked about what I wanted done to finish the project. It was really helpful to be able to talk to someone about what you 'see' but can't really describe in the proper terms and have them just get it and communicate it back to you. The final things I needed done went from the routine of removing one TV from an existing mount and placing the new TV in its place TO the 'I hope this works' of sharing sound and picture from a receiver to both sides of the room - either separate or together. Each side had a complete set of speakers (surrounds, center channel). One side would have the new TV and the second had a newly mounted projector. I'd bought a new receiver that promised to do just that but couldn't figure it out. First Omar and his assistant exchanged the TV's without a hitch from a 52" to a 60". Then, they checked all the receiver connections to the equipment and the wall connections, replacing speaker wire where needed. The final piece was sharing the sound and picture from the receiver to both room setups (TV/speakers and Projector/speakers) . Omar was able to use the new receiver and the receiver I'd replaced to drive both sets of speakers and duplicate the picture: I could now listen to sound from the TV, from the TV and speakers on one side or both AND send the picture/sound to the projector on the other side. It was exactly as I wanted. I remain as happy today as I was then! I really appreciate the customer service and professionalism Omar did the job with as well. And after they were finished I realized I now had a 52" TV with a big framed body sitting in the middle of my home theater room. I asked Omar to help me bring it upstairs and he and his assistant not only did that but gladly hooked it up for me. Perfect Ins is the best and I will definitely contact Omar in the future for other projects!

My daughter bought a condo in DC. Previous owner had left the area. He had multiple cables running through the condo through the walls and he had left a plasma TV. Comcast came to hook up cable/internet/phone, said signal was weak but could not find where cable entered the unit. "Probably a splitter" behind the wall mounted TV, but said they were "not allowed to touch the TV". Omar removed heavy plasma TV from the wall, found damaged Comcast cable behind the wall and bad splitter, repaired cable, rerouted some cables, made sure signal was good in living room and bedroom. Comcast came back a few days later and did the install. Omar also removed some old unnecessary cables (AV RCA cables).

I was very pleased with the work. The contractor was always punctual and delivered as promised.

Omar showed up right on time and from there spent the entire day running 4 Ethernet lines through my living room wall, into my office wall and down through the basement ceiling and right to where the 80" tv was going. It's almost a shame the tv hides what he did because the work is amazing. They had to fish the lines through the walls and the ceiling, cutting several holes. Sounds a bit scary when you think about holes being cut, but Omar and his assistant expertly patched everything up and you cannot even tell what they did. If it's AV related I plan on having Omar out. I'd planned on having him back to mount another TV once the "mancave" is a bit more complete, but I'm already compiling a list of things I'd like done, like running new cable outlets (the Xfinity guy not only didn't know what he was doing, when he realized what would have to be done he actually said I should call the guy who did the Ethernet back. lol). Simply put Omar knows what he's doing, makes it an art form and is worth every penny.

Omar set up an appointment and arrived within the time window. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I had just moved into a new condo and needed my audio/visual system hooked up. He did a great job!

Nailed it. You don't always get him on the phone immediately; it's probably because he's working h****** another job and he's not paying for a back office to answer phones, nor charging you for that. He always calls you back. His work is thorough, professional, and half the cost of many quality competitors. He installed a structured media center and drops to seven locations in our house, including dealing with the tricky navigation at a brick wall between the old house and an addition, without adding any more penetrations to the brick. He was doing the work around our movers, who were actively moving household goods into the house at the same time. He cleaned up everth speck of dust they'd made, patched all drywall holes to paint-ready condition, explained the numbering of all the connections and cabling, and was gone. Well done.

When your internet goes bonkers and you're self-employed, it's a disaster. No response by vendor means crisis for me.

Omar really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. For example, he really wanted to figure out the root cause on why our phone wiring wasn't working so he didn't have to drill additional holes in the wall when it wasn't necessary. He found where the wires were cut and ran new ones very neatly and explained to me thoroughly what he found and to correct it with minimal drilling. The TV that was mounted was in a difficult spot in our family room as far as where the AV components were going. Omar and his assistant did an excellent job hiding everything and the TV looks incredible. I highly recommend.

Omar was absolutely incredible to work with. His pricing was great and we found him to be honest, on time, and incredibly helpful.

Fairly easy to schedule service. Omar was very patient, even though I described the problem to him very poorly. He was very prompt to arrive and gave a thorough assessment of what could be done to repair the system. Though we ended up only going with a small fix, I would go back to him for a larger project.

Omar arrived on time, assessed the situation, and then left to pick up his assistant. He returned about an hour later. He accurately found where the wires were in the attic and connected the lines so that I could have cable in two different areas. He was relatively neat - they vacuumed in the area where they worked, but not some of the areas where they tracked dirt. He did not know about whole home DVR and I had to call Cox to get things to work correctly.

I called Omar after being stood-up by a big box store?s repair service. I wasn?t sure I articulated what my issue was, but Omar was game to come out and look over my modest TV/DVD recorder set-up and troubleshoot. He had no trouble dealing with that issue, and I intended to have him come back to set up my Wi-Fi. He was able to do that in two shakes, explaining the steps to me as he went. I figured that as long as he was there and everything was being attended to I might as well have him troubleshoot a TV/component connection in the kitchen, which he was able to correct immediately. I am so relieved to have found Omar, who was prompt, personable and efficient. After the first of the month I intend to schedule to have him come optimize my reception in one bedroom. Finding competent, reliable people is always such a surprise and relief in these days of impersonal often subpar service.

As always, he is on time an prepared for anything. The remodelers had to move the speaker wires he ran to accommodate recessed lights. Needless to say they put them in a spot that required Omar to move and patch a hole in order to install the rear most speakers (7 total). He patched it and installed without a hitch. Very competent and professional. An overall pleasure to do business with and anytime anyone I know needs home theater services, I don't hesitate to refer them to Omar. I've had a lot of success since using Angie's list the past 7 years or so, but Omar is by far the most pleasurable and trustworthy of all.

They've done previous work for me too and this is the second time. I thought they did excellent and that is why I called them back. It's a different thing that is being done know. They do excellent work and they listen to what my requirements are. They are inventive in the way that they get the job done. He was on time. They did excellent work and they cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional.

All work was completed within the original estimate. Omar also courteously walked me through all changes before and after the work, and the team made sure the house was clean when they were done. The team was friendly, professional, and punctual throughout. Our phones no longer have static in the background, and our cable boxes (especially with respect to HD programming) change channels more quickly, no longer freeze, and load content faster.

The installation work done by Verizon technician was obtrusive and esthetically unacceptable. Mr. Fikrine did an outstanding job in repairing this disaster. In addition, he and his helper did a first-class repair job on the wall board. Now the cables are completely hidden and the walls after a new coat of paint will be as good as new. Mr. Fikrine is very professional and definitely knows his field. He and his helper work quickly and when they are finished, the job is well done. I definitely would use his service again and will highly recommend him to my friends and relatives.

Perfect Ins did a fantastic job. I will definitely use them again for any TV/Internet home wiring needs. We had just bought our house which was built in 1973 and the entire house had one coax outlet that had been very poorly installed - just wrapped around the outside of the house and popped through the siding into the dining room of all rooms. As such, I contacted Omar to come out and give me an estimate of removing that outlet and installing 2 new coaxial outlets in 2 of the living areas of our home. A week later, Omar and has colleague arrived on schedule and performed the job smoothly and efficiently. The cables are completely hidden behind walls. Of course, they did have to cut a couple of small holes in the drywall of our finished basement, but they cut very small holes and even patched it back up when they were done. After I put on a little paint, you will never even know any holes were cut. If you have purchased an older home, and you don't have the coaxial/cat5e outlets you need, I highly recommend calling Omar. Speaking from experience, I can tell you that if you call Verizon or the cable company, they are not going to do this kind of job to install new outlets for you - they will do it in the easiest way possible with lots of cables showing everywhere.
