Perfect Ins

We have used Omar twice now and have been very pleased each time. The first time, he arrived on time for an estimate appointment, educated us on what we did and did not need, and quickly provided the estimate to us. He communicated promptly in the intervening weeks between that meeting and our install date, including providing recommendations about the best mount to purchase to meet our needs. He showed up on time and installed the mount, created a new electrical outlet, and ran the cords/wires behind the wall to our entertainment center. He cleaned up afterward and was very helpful in figuring out how best to use all of our components with our new TV. He was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The mount he recommended was great, and we were very pleased with the service. When we decided to move, we called him again. Again, he made good recommendations, was easy to work with, and got the job done quickly. He even managed to help the Verizon install tech, who was having trouble getting the FIOS to work. I will use him again in the future, for sure, and highly recommend his services.

We bought a 60" tv and called Omar to install it on the wall along with the sound bar. He was busy and left him a voice mail. His response was immediate. He was polite and very pleasant, even to talk to. He immediately scheduled a day and time that would suite him and me. Then on the day his timing was impeccable. On the dot. I like that in service team. He removed his shoe (without me telling me as we do not wear shoes inside the house - I liked that). I had not unpacked the mounting bracket or the tv. I also had not cleared up the clutter of wires that were in the place. He was polite and cleaned all that up, unpacked and mounted the tv. When mounting the TV I had changed the viewing height at least 3 time and he was very patient. He offered valid suggestions and did not take offense when I did not accept his suggestions. Very professional. The mounting bracket did not come with correct hardware for the tv. He did not give up. He brought his nuts &bolts bag and figured out the needed bolts and mounted the tv without sacrificing the stability. Nice. He finished the work without taking a break and even set up the tv. He would not leave till I was satisfied with the work. Once all done, he cleaned up and left. He was very clean, very professional and very courteous. This is the best thing - after he left I realized I forgot to ask him to route the network jack to my other room. I called him again and explained the situation. Again, ever so courteous, he agreed to come and fix it. He came on time as usual, fixed it and did NOT CHARGE. It was a pleasant surprise. when I insisted, he mentioned that this is nothing and that it was anyway part of the original work. Woow. That was fantastic. Omar was the best service person I have ever called so far. He has my strongest recommendation. Thanks Omar.

I was so impressed by Omar's know how. I had holes left in the wall by the previous contractor and a home cinema system that was improperly installed. It is now working well and it took a few visits to get it together. Omar was always on time and incredibly professional. I will recommend Perfect Ins to all my friends. Truly a class A business.

He was an incredible person to work with. The level of service was above and beyond what I could ever have hoped for. I needed to disconnect my audio/visual equipment to have new carpet put in. I had no idea how to put the system back together and after contacting BestBuy, I was appalled at what their starting price was to take care of me. I will recommend him to everyone and anyone I meet and let them know what kind and courteous professional he is.

Omar is fantastic and one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. He has done the TV mounting/wiring in our condo and now recently in our new home. Omar has a wonderful attention to detail and the results look and work great. The best part about Omar, though, is his willingness to make it right if anything goes wrong. He came back twice (once when our sound bars stopped working--not his fault--and another time to change some wiring at our request). He was really receptive and not at all hesitant. We highly recommend.

Installation of the coax box was a small add on to a larger job. The larger install included a 70" flat screen, speakers in the ceiling, phone wiring, computer cabling etc, throughout the house. Omar was extremely competent and came in at a price that was less than 1/2 of what a competitor company quoted for the same work.Go with Percet Ins, you wont be disappointed.

I contacted Omar after reading several great reviews here on Angies List and he didn't disappoint. After contacting Omar he came out the following day to get an idea of the work and provide an estimate. The estimate was half that of another provider. We setup the date and time for the work to be completed and Omar and his assistant showed up right on time and got right to work. The work was completed in a very professional and timely manner and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Perfect Ins for any type of non-electrical wiring/cabling jobs you may need.

I discovered Omar (the owner of PerfectIns) on Angie's List. I was very happy with his work. Omar is professional, respectful, and capable. He also happens to be a very nice guy. I will hire him again if I have more needs for A/V in my home.

I brought a new house over the summer. I figured it was clean slate and perfect time to get the wiring setup for the future. The owner came out to discuss and put together a quote. I thought it was strange that he wasn't taking notes. Sure enough, I never heard back from him. What a waste of time. I read other reviews about them not being responsive and the like, but the work they actually did complete folks seemed happy with. Very unprofessional.

Job was more complicated due to the fact that our home had some extra fortifications. Despite this, Omar figured out how to get the cable up and through the wall. Everything was patched up nicely, and he was very pleasant. Definitely recommend!

Omar was quite prompt in his estimate appointment and for the actual work. He was flexible and helpful in accommodating my particular needs. He was efficient and cleaned up after his work. My only issue was that I had to reach out to him several times (leaving messages each time, which were not responded to) until I was able to reach him live, and schedule the first appointment.

Omar was excellent. He was extremely polite, worked diligently and did a great job. Due to a hardware conflict out of his control, he made a 2nd trip to our house (a good distance) and corrected the problem with no issues. Everything came out perfect - we will definitely use his services again.

He arrived on-time, was amazingly professional, found the problem quickly, and fixed it. I couldn't be more pleased with his service and cost. I will use him again to wire two rooms in my house for cable and internet. He knows his business top to bottom and provides it all at a reasonable cost. He will be the only one I will use in future for all my home networking needs.

Despite being completely satisfied with the work that was performed, was pleasantly surprised to deal with just a good dude, which Omar definitely is. He took the time to explain the work to be done, excited the job in the least invasive way available, then came back out to swap out tv mounts after I was displeased with the original tv mount I had purchased. I can't highly recommend Omar enough. Performs excellent work, and has a great customer service demeanor to go with it.

I made an appt. with Omar to give us an estimate on having cable wires installed. He called that morning to say a medical emergency had come up and he would need to reschedule (which was perfectly understandable.) I never heard back from him, so I called him a couple of weeks later and we set up another appt. He never showed for that appt. and never called to reschedule it. He does not seem to need or want business. We shall look elsewhere.

We were new to the area and wanted to leverage a local/small company to design and install a small home theatre system in our family room. We like to support small businesses as opposed to going to the big box stores. We found Perfect Ins and Omar searching through Angie's List. Omar listened to what we wanted to achieve, gave us a recommendation, and gave us a really fare price. We decided to go with Omar and he exceeded our expectations. He installed speakers in our ceiling, he had to cut holes in our walls and ceiling, run cable and do the installation. Then patch everything back up. You would not know he was here. The installation was masterful. All patches blend right into the original walls and ceiling and he cleaned up everything. Most importantly the home theatre sounds great! Since the installation I have had some follow up questions and tweaks were required of the home theatre. Each time Omar has come out to my house, he provides fabulous support on top of everything else.

Omar was great, would hire again and recommend to friends. He came on time, gave us an estimate for a few different options, and did the work on the same visit. Cable outlet installation was very clean. And while at our house he even took a look and diagnosed an unrelated broken ceiling fan light.

Called December 17, 2013. Briefly described my project, and was asked to text my address so he can come and give an estimate. Text sent Dec 17at 16:51, since then -- nothing. Left a couple of voice mails over the next month asking him to call us. NADA.

Left messages with details of job and never received any call back even after leaving multiple messages.

Showed up on time to complete the job. Had a little bit of trouble snaking the cable through the ceiling, but that was because of the ceiling layout. He finally got the cable to run properly and tested the TV and internet to ensure everything worked fine. I would use him again.

Omar was reasonably priced, extremely competent and diligent. He went out of his way to make sure everything worked properly. He corrected the problem that was created by the contractor who did the renovation work, replacing incorrect cable. Unfortunately, seems that Comcast in north Arlington has its own issues with signal strength and equipment. We would definitely use him again!

I called Omar because my TV/DVR/DVD player hookups were unplugged after a break-in of my home. I had managed to re-connect my TV and DVR thanks to Cox's customer service over the phone, but the DVD player had no signal. Because Cox services only their own equipment, I called the Geek Squad but was unsuccessful in scheduling a service call after being transferred to at least 3 representatives. I found Omar on Angie's List and we scheduled his visit the next day. He was able to re-connect my DVR within minutes and also fixed the loose connection on my kitchen TV. Omar is very competent with a variety of skills. I will recommend his business to friends and neighbors.
