Perfect Ins

Omar was very knowledgable, almost to a fault because his explanations were too technical for someone who doesn't understand wires and electronic equipment (me). He did explain that the fireplace was taller than usual and it would be very uncomfortable to watch TV at that angle; therefore, I decided to forego the wall-mount installation in favor of a TV stand. Ultimately he talked himself out of a job, but I highly appreciated his honesty and integrity, rather than performing an unsatisfactory job just to make a buck. Note: The telephone estimate was $300, but in person the price went up to $400 because an additional cable would have been necessary.

Omar is simply great! I installed my TV and hooked up the system. About a month or so later, I realized that a couple of my components weren't working properly. He came over and hooked them up. About 2 months later, my DvD player wasn't working properly again. Not being sure if it was "user error", I called Omar. He came over and figured out that a couple of wires were in the wrong place -- had been moved perhaps by my teenage daughter I suspect. But anyway, Omar fixed the problem and now (knock on wood) all three components to my system are working perfectly! Omar is always friendly, I would recommend him to anyone!!

Omar is great. He first came by and recommended the best screen size, suggested brands, and emailed me links to the best prices. When the HDTV arrived, he returned to mount the TV, hiding all wiring. He even helped me move the old set upstairs and ensured the remote codes work!

Omar showed up with an assistant. They were fast and installed CAT 5e cable, Fios cable, and some speaker wire inside walls over 3 floors of our townhouse in Reston. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I will hire Omar in a microsecond for the need project. One problem is that he charges too little. He needs to charge more.

Omar is FANTASTIC. Arrived right on time, quick and professional, great price, and EXCELLENT work. All of my cables are hidden, the TV is mounted perfectly. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Omar came right on time, 9 am on a Monday. He brought all the tools and accessories needed for the job - including some add on's. He was deligent about measuring and positioning the tv properly and then started to make small square size cuts into the drywall. He then proceeded to thread the wires into the bookcase cabinet so they are completely out of sight. When I asked him if the remote would still work with the cabinet doors closed, he said he could install a small wireless transmitter to the front of the tv which would allow us to close the cabinet doors. He only charged me the cost of the transmitter and had it in his van - so no waiting. One thing I didn't expect was he put the small square pieces of plaster removed from the wall and proceeded to patch it. Granted, it still needs to be sanded and then repainted, but I expected to handle that entire process myself since he clearly stated in his first on-sight visit that it wasn't something he does/repairs. So I love the fact that he prepped it. He went into the stereo closet and with minimal drilling into the shelves, repositioned all the wires so it is beautiful. He was there a full day - from 9 to 5 pm. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I inquired about having a wireless transmitter for the TV to the stereo and he said he could order that and come back to install - which he did 5 days later. The price included: * installation of TV * wall bracket for TV * hiding the wires behind the drywall and into the cabinet to the left of the TV * installing wirelss transmitter so could use remote with cabinet door closed * rewiring stereo closet * wireless adapter and installation so that the TV could be played through the stereo/speaker system already installed on the main floor He is honest, hardworking and SO reasonably priced. Look no further!

Overall, everything went very smoothly. Omar is professional and knows what he is doing. He worked very hard to get it complete within 1 1/2 days. His price was reasonable and we were very satisfied with the work. One thing to note is that he is a sole business owner so there is no receptionist when you contact the company. I found the best way to communicate was via email and he was responsive within 12 hours. This is because he is out in the field doing all the work so he doesn't answer the phone. I was considering going with another company but they were much more expensive and Omar got great reviews on Angies list. I am very glad I used him. He did an excellent job, very thorough and clean, all the wires are organized and he really knows what he is doing.

Outstanding service and value. Omar and his team spent 9 hours running cable throughout my 50 year home. They did not take a break and only asked for a glass of water in the middle of the day. They worked incredibly hard. Omer came back the following day to finish the work. The new drops worked perfectly. They did a great job keeping the work area clean throughout the experience.

Omar was very professional. I thought the price was fair given he was here for about 3 1/3 hours. For me to give him an "A" on price, he would have charged me closer to 300 dollars. But overall, I'm quite satisified.

I wanted to move a TV and sound bar to a different location in my living room and hide the components in a nearby closet. After reviewing options on Angie's list I selected Omar. He came out to evaluate scope of work and then emailed me a quote. Although the job was more complicated than anticipated Omar did not attempt to charge me more than he quoted (I've found many service people try to bait and switch). He even neatly put ties around all cords so that everything is organized. He also minimized dry wall cuts. Omar did a much better job than Myer Emco who initially mounted the TV and charged me a fraction of the price. Very professional and courteous. I highly recommend.

Incredibly positive experience. Perfect Ins worked quickly and efficiently and responded to my various questions. Omar was willing to visit my house on a second occasion (for a small fee) to complete the work as I initially ordered an incorrect set of parts. During the entire process Omar was very friendly and helpful and dedicated to providing high quality work. Technicians at Perfect Ins are well trained and capable of providing high quality install services, even in "difficult" living spaces (e.g., a 100+ year old brownstone in DC).

Despite the fact that our home is of peculiar construction (we seem to have more layers of hard wood and less of drywall, with lots of enormous wooden beams running the opposite direction from what would have made the job easier), Omar found ways to get us exactly the system we wanted while keeping everything neat, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing. Also, the nature of our house behind the walls meant that the job took longer than expected (it was WAY more work), but we still paid the estimated price. In addition, Omar himself was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. By far one of the best contractor experiences I've had. Highly recommended.

Excellent - 100% professional, efficient and dedicated to his field. He didn't try to sell us "preferred" equipment and was able to work through all of the challenges of an older home. We provided the TV for the living and he had all necessary equipment in his van to complete the job - including an RF remote so we could install the cable box in another room.

"Perfect". He was responsive to our first inquiry and quickly set-up a time for an estimate. He was flexible with installation timing, so we could fit it in our schedule. He was on-time and very professional and pleasant. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the system is much better than we thought we could afford when we started looking into getting surround sound. We are recommending him to friends.

Omar was a half-hour early and that was fine with me. He asked questions throughout the day to make sure everything was the way I wanted it. He cleaned the work areas very well. The flat screen installation was customized to my needs and it looks great. The price was great, almost a third cheaper than the next 2 estimates, and for the same services. The installation was smooth and I would recommend Omar for other jobs.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. He was right on time, was neat, really knew his stuff and was a total pleasure to work with. He patiently showed me how to use the system. His fees are more than reasonable. I would recommend him without reservation.

Gave me a thorough explanation of his installation plan, and installed exactly according to plan. He did not rush (took him all day), but the results were well worth it. He was very accomodating of our schedule as well. I will use Omar again for my next installation project.

I phoned 4 companies for this little job; the cheapest alternative was $130; the others were about about the same. Omar actually reduced the charge quoted over the phone; total: $80. He also talked to me about networking and home theater wiring, despite the fact that he had to drive many miles longer than the others. I'll sure call him again. You should do the same.

Omar responded promptly to a voice mail message I left for him, arrived on time, quickly analyzed how the room could best be served the the two phone lines in the house, and immediately took the needed action. Omar is friendly and polite. The $65 cost was exceedingly reasonable. Altogether an excellent experience.

Omar responded quickly to my original phone call. He came out a couple days later to give me an estimate, which seemed more than fair to me. On Friday, 9/23/09, he began the job, which entailed moving the existing hub for my Comcast cable and network from my second story office to the attic. From there, he fished wires for network, phone and cable from their origin in the basement to my new office and to my wife's office. He also fished speaker wires for my home theater receiver to the 4 corners of the room. He installed plates on the walls for the cable, phone, and network in my office, my wife's office, and the master bedroom, and installed a new network cable down to the basement. He also moved a flat panel TV from my old office to my new one adjacent to it, added a new mount, and hid all wires with plates and power box behind the TV. He rewired the basement rec room, hid all wires, and put in wall plates. When I hooked everything up, everything worked without a hitch. He had to come back a second day to finish the job, but didn't ask for more than the original estimate. I gave him more just because I thought he deserved it. I give Omar my highest recommendation. Besides being professional, knowledgeable and efficient, he was very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor.

Very nice job. Omar was adaptive to my constantly changing schedule. He was thorough in his work and did a very professional job. He paid attention the details of the install and clean-up as well. I'd use him again for anything!

I advise a sorority chapter at the George Washington University in DC and we were redecorating their chapter house. The chapter purchased a flat panel TV for the livingroom and needed it installed. I found Omar through Angie's list and he came out and gave me a price quote and his availability for installation. His price was very competitive and within the chapter's budget so we coordinated for him to install within the next couple of weeks (after the TV was delivered); however, we had an emergency at the chapter the following week and so I called him on Saturday, January 24th and asked when he would be available to install, and he showed up the next day, Sunday. He was great! He installed the TV within an hour and his price was exactly what he quoted to us. I would highly recommend Omar to anyone. He was very professional and curteous, a pleasure to work with.
