Omar showed up on time, did his work in about two hours, was very friendly and then left.

Omar and his assistant showed up on time on the day planned. He had originally given me an estimate of 6 hours and he was right on. They cleaned up when the job was finished and it looked amazing. Since we already had surge protectors in the house, he reduced the final cost to $835. His original estimate included them. Unless he had said something, I would not have known to even ask. That is being honest. This was on a Saturday. Late that night and the next day a fuse was blown in the basement and I kept having to re-set it. I called Omar and he came right out on the following Monday to see what the problem was. Omar surmised that it was probably our very old (10 years) sound system that was causing the problem. He advised that we should disconnect the system and replace it with a new sound bar, like what was installed in our living room. We set a date for the following week and Omar installed our new sound bar and replaced the sockets in the wall just to be sure. He only charged us $65 for this additional work that was not even his responsibility. Overall, we were very pleased with the services provided. Both Omar and his assistant were friendly, professional and obviously take pride in their work. I will call him again when we buy our next home and have him install a new system there too. I would recommend this company to anyone considering these services.

I called Omar a couple weeks ago to get an estimate for running cable in my mother's house. He called me back shortly after I submitted the inquiry and set up a time a few days later to do the estimate. He came to my mother's house after 6pm during the week which was very convenient since my mother works during the day. They decided to schedule the work to be done on Saturday, April 7, 2012. Omar and his assistant arrived on time did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company. The work looked so great that am calling them back to wall mount two of my TVs. I couldn't be happier.

We called to get an estimate for mounting our bedroom TV on the wall, to clean up wires running from our internet router, and to run cable for satellite TV into the basement. Omar quickly responded to my call and showed up the following Monday at the time he said he would and gave us a fair and detailed estimate for the work. He was cheerful, confident, and seemed quite experienced. Overall just a nice guy that we knew we'd feel comfortable with being all over our house. We hired him and he showed up right on time the following Monday to do the work. His assistant was a very nice young man. Omar had to climb into the attic to run cable, cut holes in drywall, and place an electrical outlet high on the wall in our bedroom to plug the TV in. They worked non-stop for 4 1/2 hours, brought a vacume cleaner to clean up, and did a fantastic job. Omar did the major work himself such as cutting drywall and climbing into the attic. After examining the TV outlet in the basement he determined that there was cable already in place and so did not charge us what he had estimated for that work. The whole experience was much better than we could have ever anticipated and wholeheartedly recommend this company.

He first came out to work on our home theatre to get the remote set up properly. That was fine. He was punctual. It was less than an hour on both times he came. We had computer issues with connectivity, and he came out again. He took care of everything really well. He was in and out. He really knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommnend him to others.

I initially sent a request via angie's list requesting a quote, and never heard back. I tried again weeks later, and Omar was very responsive and professional. He quoted me 600$ to mount the TV using a mount kit he provided, and run the cable. 600$ was the final cost. Omar and his assistant did a fantastic job, I will definitely call them when performing a similar job in the future.

Omar was in our apartment for several hours (see above) . He was personable and worked steadily during that time. His charge was $85 per hour which I indicated was "fair" as that appears to be the going rate. Nonetheless, it was worthwhile to get the cables concealed, the job completed correctly in a timely manner, and can be used by whichever cable company you choose.

Out of fairness to this businessman, I cannot comment on the quality of his work because we never got past the estimate stage, and others are certainly complimentary. I should also note that I have not previously written a negative report on anyone, and I am reluctant to do so now, but my experience may be helpful to the reader. In short, Omar no-showed for an appointment. His excuse, obtained later that day, was that he did not have my address (this was untrue, but I will give him the benefit of the doubt on the off chance there was an email "glitch"). The bigger problem, from my perspective, was that during our subsequent exchange of emails Omar never took responsibility for his poor communication. One would think that an individual who travels to people's homes and businesses for a living would check to make sure he knew where he was expected to be at 8:00 am the next day. One would assume that he would have tried to contact me when he realized he was missing information BEFORE our appointment. Omar didn't contact me at all. On the day of our appointment I sat there for one hour waiting for him. I had taken off work and had made other arrangements to be here at my house at the time Omar had confirmed with me. I don't know what he was doing during our appointment time, but I can comment on what he was NOT doing - he was not communicating that he was not coming to my house. He was not emailing me to say, "Hey, I just realized I never got your address. Can you send it to me real quick?" He was not emailing me an apology. Omar did attempt to get my address later that day (I had to contact him to ask why he didn't show up, at which point he tried to make another appointment), but I am disappointed in his lack of acceptance of responsibility and, to me, this was much less than professional. As I wrote in my email to him, he may be phenomenal at installing televisions. But so are a lot of other folks. The professionals I intend to hire will not only be able to put my TV up correctly, they also should have the integrity, in case they make a mistake (we all do), to admit they were wrong. I need to know they'll come back out to fix their error - to "do the right thing." Incredibly, Omar tried to blame me for his disorganization and his discourtesy. This is a shame, because if he had just admitted he forgot to show up, or that he had forgotten to email me, I would have shrugged and he would have remained at the top of my list!

Perfect Ins did a great job. I would not only recommend them to anyone, I will also likely use them again in the future for electrical work I'd like to have done. The actual cost of the work came in under the estimate, which is always a plus. Perfect Ins was prompt, responsive, and completed the work in a timely and considerate manner. Perfect Ins in great!

Omar and his crew spent about six hours wiring our entire office with ethernet cable so that we could finally switch completely out of Verizon and go with Comcast's small business bundle. We have almost 4,000 square feet of office space, but it's divided into three different office suites, with one across a hallway. They had to run lines through the ceiling and throughout each suite and into each office within the suite. The building is old and has concrete block walls between the offices. We had other technicians look at the job and got much larger bids, in addition to all of them stating what a "nightmare" of a job it would be to run the lines. We found Omar through AL and asked if he could show up to see the job immediately because time was of the essence. (Comcast was coming to the office in five days to switch our lines over from Verizon). Omar agreed to come over the next day to provide an estimate (New Years Day), which he did. He then brought his crew on the agreed-to start date and they worked nonstop until the job was finished. Additionally, on the day Comcast arrived to make the switch, Omar came back to the office to make sure everything worked properly. Omar is a kind, considerate and true professional who knows his trade very well. I highly recommend him.

Omar visited to view where the outlets would be and viewed the existing cabling. He provided a price ($1,080) but was strangely reluctant to provide even generalized details about how the job would be done, his e-mail saying only "the wire will be run from back the house" when we asked. Needless to say, we went elsewhere.

I called on a Wednesday and Omar and his assistant were able to do the work that Friday. About a 3hour job, they hung the tv over the fireplace, hid all wires behind wall, patched the holes that were necessary to do the wiring, and cleaned up when they were finished. I will definitely use them again in the future. Omar responds quickly when you call him.

I waited several months to post this report because I wanted to verify the longevity of Omar's work. So far everything is working very well. The actual installation work went very smoothly. The total time to complete the project was about four visits over a one week period. Omar and his assistant are very good at what they do. Omar ran wire in what seemed to be the most efficient way possible while his assistant followed him patching all holes (this is important since some other quotes I received did not include hole patching). The look and finish of the work is very professional, both at the TV sites and the basement. Wires were bundled neatly in the basement and clearly identified. There was only one problem that we had. At the end of the project Omar and I had a misunderstanding about the total price of the project because he had submitted multiple proposals which I had trouble keeping up with. Omar was very professional and took off certain costs that I had issue with. He didn't have to do this but he was intent on making sure was a happy customer. The sounds and visuals in the house are great and I look forward to hiring Omar again to install additional speakers.

Omar was absolutely fantastic! He responded in a very timely fashion to both my initial phone message and e-mail message, as well as all future communications. I had heard in a previous review of lack of response to phone calls/message; however this was not what I experienced at all. We did most of our follow up communication through e-mail. He was always good about responding. He first came out to survey the house and speak with me about the work that needed to be done, and then before leaving he had already worked up a quote for the work and was ready to schedule it. The quote was absolutely wonderful - it was just the price I was hoping for and was very competitively priced. It was easy to set up an appointment with him to have the work done, and the wait wasn't that long. He came out with an assistant and they completed all the work in the scheduled time frame. Before I go further I should mention that I live in Maryland, and Omar never had a problem both with the visit to do the estimate or coming up to do the work with willingness to travel up to Maryland from Virginia, which I really appreciated. Both times he got stuck in bad traffic on 495, and when this happened he was extremely diligent about calling me to let me know about the delay and apologize as well as keep me updated on his ETA. I'm not just talking one phone call, but multiple phone calls. He's so pleasant to speak to and work with, and he and his assistant were very professional, thorough, and understanding of my needs/requests, such as to use Cat6 cable instead of Cat5 cable for the runs, the placement of the wall jacks, where to put the openings in the drywall when necessary for running the cable, etc. He forewarned me upfront at the estimate visit about the need to open up a couple spots in the drywall for the cabling runs, and his assistant was great at patching everything back up after the work was completed. He also wanted to ensure everything was working after the work was done and have me test, and he was very patient as I tested the new connections. He and his assistant were great at taking care not to make much of a mess, and cleaned up after themselves. Right from the beginning he understood exactly what I wanted and took care of everything just as I had wished. I couldn't have asked for more, especially at such a good cost value. He and his assistant even had to deal with the enormous mess in my basement when they came to do the work since I was still in the midst of reorganizing everything on our lower floor - this involved stepping over, around, and through piles of stuff. I would definitely and without hesitation ask Omar to do any future related work that I might need or recommend him - Perfect Ins - to anyone. I love the new setup and everything is working great. (This request/need for work came about because I needed to move my office in our upstairs 2nd bedroom down to our basement bedroom to make way for a nursery for my first child due in a few months.)

Work started on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and he even offered to stop back after I purchased a new Blue Ray player to hook it up and configure it with the remote.

Arrived timely and was very professional throughout the process. He was very knowledgable and had to do a lot of troubleshooting because we kept encountering obstacles. It took a couple of hours because we ended up calling a Social Media Network, my Internet Provider and the Maker of the TV to get answers to questions. He does not give up easily. We finally got it done. Omar then showed me how to use the remote and wireless internet remote. Great experience. I highly recommend Perfect Ins and Omar.

It went very well and Omar is the guy to call if you need anything done in the way of wiring, cabling, stereo, computers..He will fix you up. He found ways to hide my wiring that a magician might not think of. And he is a very nice, polite and gentle man. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and very professional. He was very careful at my house and cleaned up everything nicely. I was so pleased and I would not hesitate to call him again. I know he will go the extra mile to make my happy. He is excellent at what he does.

Omar was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my email inquiry very quickly and did the work the next week. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable about the work to be done. He and his assistant were very careful on our hardwood floors, laying down drop cloths and cleaning up behind themselves every step of the way. He even went above and beyond, helping me calibrate my surround speakers once the job was done. I will use him again for other wiring jobs and I can recommend him without reservation.

Great experience - Omar is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job! I didn't have the proper mount for the television - it was going to be pretty flimsy (despite my having a 15 minute conversation with the people at HH Gregg that sold it to me) - fortunately, Omar had another mount - very sturdy. He and his assistant worked very quickly, mounted the tv (46 inch over the fireplace), ran all the wires in the wall, supplied me with a new, longer HDMI cable to make the connections back to the AV system and they even cleaned up all my wires/cables. The tv looks like it was built into the wall - they do a great job!! He also took a look at my home theater system wiring - the sound wasn't coming through all the speakers. He rewired a couple of the connections and then showed me how to optimize my system depending on what I'm watching - regular tv show, movies, sports. I've had the home theater system for several years - the thing was wired wrong from day one. Now, it sounds like a totally different system - true surround sound - wow. Price was extremely fair - considering I needed a new mount and HDMI cable. I will definitely be working with Omar again when I'm ready to update to a flat screen in another room.

There were no problems. We communicated by email, set an appointment date and time, and every detail was fine.

He was punctual. He did what I asked him to do and also agreed to look at other things around the house. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He was very considerate of my clean house. When he saw I was barefoot in the house, he took off his shoes without being asked. He put everything back where it came from. His price was reasonable.
