His prices are very fair and competitive...WAY lower than what the larger companies will charge you. His straight-A rating is well deserved and totally accurate.

He showed up the morning I called him, the day before a holiday and on a Sunday when no one else would. He was prompt and honest.

It went fantastically!!! With all the stress of a looming reconstruction of my basement, he succeeded in taming my fears and fixing my problem. Have no doubts about it, if I ever have plumbing or HVAC issues again I will definitely be calling Slavko to fix them!

Services went very well. Vendor gave a quote and date for the job and stuck to it. Vendor even included extra services and products at no extra charge (outside electrical disconnect and internet compatible thermostat). Vendor asked me to call in the spring so he could tune up the system. Only difficulty was making the initial contact with the vendor. Vendor is a small business and seems to be very busy.

Very well, Slavko's service and prices were both exceptional. He initially responded very quickly (same afternoon) to our service call, diagnosed the immediate cause of our problem (standing water in our garage that had leaded from the air handler unit inside the utility closet, inside our house). Her advised us on selecting a new heat pump, and he replaced the worn out elements of the air handler without trying to sell us an entire new unit. He and an assistant returned on-time to complete the installation, installed everything very professionally and neatly for a very fair price. He has balanced the new system's output so that there is now only a degree or at most two between the top floor of our three floor townhouse, and the bottom floor; formerly the bottom floor was cold and the top floor was hot. The new unit is much quieter and keeps the house pleasantly cool on a 73 degree setting, the old unit worked hard to cool the upper floors when set to 68 or 69. Two thumbs up for Slavko.

The A.C. contractor was working in the neighborhood when I needed my back yard A.C. unit disconnected because another contractor was working on my patio. He came promptly at my convenience and did a professional job. A couple of days later, at the convenience of the patio contractor, he did extra cleaning of the unit that was unforeseen without charging extra, and finished the reconnection promptly.

I took the time to crawl up into my attic and watch him work and the speed with which he can properly put together and seal a duct is impressive. You can tell he is a pro and you are getting quality. Not all HVAC people are skilled and knowledgeable like this, I worked with 3 companies before him that I never want to see again. Some of them charged me less but did such a terrible job that in the end it was not worth it, You won't end up saving any money going with someone cheaper they will just give you cheaper stuff which will have problems. I will be hiring him again for another project shortly. All I can say is I feel lucky I found him.

Slavko Nisevic is a very respectful and professional guy who is working really hard to get his company established. We are very happy that we chose to replace our furnace and A/C with him. We asked him for an estimate and he came out and looked at our situation and put together a detailed estimate in writing for us to review. We negotiated back and forth via email, which took some time because he mostly communicated via email at night (he's working the rest of the time), but eventually we worked out a contract that would work for us. He scheduled our appointment right away, set up a time to deliver the materials the day before, and was very prompt to the appointment. He and another person worked all day to remove our existing furnace and A/C and to install the new units. They were very careful to minimize the mess and they cleaned up before they left. We didn't have the humidifier on hand when he came, so he came back to install it at a later date, at which time he also finished up a few things for the furnace. The A/C was working and wonderful before he left on the first day. He has been very responsive to questions and asked that we have him come back to check on the installation before turning our furnace on this winter to make sure that everything is up to expectations.

After all the years of renting and owning across different countries and continents, I thought I have seen it all. The good, the bad and the ugly contractor. Well, Slavko is definitely something else. HE IS A GEM. It all started by consultation and free estimate following a friend's recommendation. He walked me through different heating options for our new house with all the respective pros and cons. Then he worked with me on the price in order to stay within the budget and get the best possible system I could afford. He handled ordering an delivery and was even able to negotiate a significant discount with one of the suppliers, which translated in unexpected savings for me. Each time I met him he was right on time and to the point so you can actually plan your day around. He completed the job in record time despite 2 major complications involving replacing dry walls and fixing hidden issues related to previous installation. The quality of work is nothing short of outstanding,precise, clean and most importantly without improvisations and shortcuts. I already asked him questions about future projects as there is no doubt who will be be doing them for me. I would recommend Slavko to my friend s and family without hesitation.

When our air conditoning system died this year, we had no idea how close we had come to maybe dying from carbon monoxide poisoning. On the recommendation of a neighbor, we called Mr. Nisevic, who came to inspect our system the next day. He found that a key hose had disintegrated, and the system was so faulty that it was leaking carbon monoxide. We had no idea! When Mr. Nisevic discovered the problem, he insisted on fixing it ASAP. He was in the middle of another job, which he did not want to delay, so he came at night to begin work on our system the next day! He worked to install the new AC/heating system for the next three nights and did an excellent job! While he was here, we asked him about remodeling our basement. When we showed it to him, he had several ideas and came up with a remodeling plan that was just what we described that we wanted. Just to make sure, we had other contractors give us estimates, and Mr. Nisevic's was the most reasonable. He did a beautiful job, was punctual, responded immediately to our calls, did the work with attention to detail and Old World craftsmanship, and brought the project in right on budget, even though some problems cropped up that had to do with some defects in our home's construction that weren't evident when Mr. Nisevic gave his estimate. After he did such a wonderful job on this project, we asked him to build us a closet, which he did with the same high degree of professionalism and dependability. In all, we intend to use Mr. Nisevic's company in the future, for big and small problems. And we will always be thankful for him keeping us from possibly suffering from carbon monoxide, and for his insistence on working to install the new system at night after he finished his other job during the day so that we would not be in danger!!!!
