New Millenium is a great Carpet Cleaning company. I can honestly say that they are quite simply "the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used", and I have used a few in my day. They provided exceptional cleaning services and outstanding customer support to me and my family. Prior to their arrival, they took the time to give me a courtesy call to identify their location, and give me an updated arrival time. They were punctional, courteous, professional and did an tremendous job cleaning multiple rooms and stairs at my residence. I was pleasently surprised and gratified for the great care they took in moving and replacing furniture items as they made their way through out our home. They even took the time to ensure that all of the furniture was protected from the wet carpet and used commercial fans to cut the drying time so that the furniture could be returned to its orginal location more quickly. Not only were they 100% professional and knowledgable, but they provided great value for the dollars spent. I don't impress easily, but New Millenium Carpet Cleaning exceeded my highest expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone that would like "the job done right" the first time. I will definately hire them again to clean the carpets at my residence. New Millenium; they do it right!

They did a great job. They were very prompt and they took their time to make sure the work was done very well. The people that came out were very nice and respectful. I have no complaints with them as they were very professional. The price was very reasonable as well.
