I replaced a kitchen faucet in a rental house, but when tightening the lines I caused the existing connections on both the hot and cold main lines to leak which I could not stop. I called Morgan at 0730 in the morning. He already had a job but said he could get to me between 11 and 1 if the first job went well. I agreed. He called me at 1130 and had completed the job. Based on some plumbing work I had done in the past I was hoping this would be no more than $300 and was pleasantly surprised when it came to only $175. I'm very satisfied and recommend Morgan Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.

Although the services Mr. Ford performed seem routine, one faucet replacement was anything but that. The Allen screwdriver no longer tightened the faucet on the jacuzzi in the master bathroom, meaning I could no longer use the jacuzzi even as a bathtub the handle came off. Two previous estimates said repair meant either cutting into the drywall that separated the jacuzzi from the toilet/shower area and replacing a pipe so a new faucet could be attached OR cutting in from the tile around jacuzzi's faucet and thus having to replace all of the tile around the jacuzzi (1/4 way up wall) and on step to jacuzzi as not enough tile had been kept aside from the condo's 1990 construction. At $1200, the least expensive option was cutting the drywall. I decided to get one more opinion (one of the reasons I joined Angie's List) as the dry wall option made me nervous. Enter Morgan Ford, truly an angel. Although it wasn't to his financial benefit to do so, Mr. Ford took a photo of the jacuzzi faucet with his phone and sent the photo to his supplier, who found a replacement faucet, sent it to Mr. Ford and three days later the jacuzzi problem was history!! Cost: $225.00. I cannot - simply cannot - recommend Morgan Ford enough! He is a real professional.

Can't say enough great things about Morgan Plumbing! They were able to resolve our issue quickly and thoroughly. The next day we received a follow up phone call to make sure we did not see any more water leaking which we really appreciated. Will definitely be using them again!

During the initial discussion I was given a ballpark estimate to complete the work and we scheduled a time for him to take a look at it to give a firm estimate. He was punctual and professional and the estimate for the work was fair and reasonable. On the day he performed the work, he arrived promptly, explained to my wife what he was going to be doing and proceeded to complete the project. The quality of work was outstanding and I could not have asked for a better experience with a contractor.

Morgan Plumbing is a team of very professional technicians. They arrived to the appointment early . Cleaned up the space after completing the job. Best of all, the final bill was less than I was quoted .

After removing an old washer I discovered that the faucets were leaking though closed tightly - they were likely original fixtures of the home. Mr. Morgan Ford responded very quickly and was able to fit me in same day. He arrived early, prepared to keep busy while waiting for me. Upon my arrival he was happy to get to work. He was able to add new cut off valves to the water main and hose bib located very tightly behind my GAS water heater. Another plumber refused to do the work without removing the heater! The price was very reasonable - I didn't even use my 10% discount coupon because it seemed wrong. He was done in an hour and I was able to leave without being late for an appointment. I will be calling Morgan Plumbing for future needs, and recommending him to everyone.

We noticed a supply pipe that was leaking about a drip per second in the basement on a Sunday afternoon. I called Morgan plumbing and Morgan said he could make it out first thing in the morning. He arrived on time and went down to look at the leak. The leak was between a shower wall and the wall on the basement with only about six inches of clearance. I was worried that he would have to cut through the shower to access it. He said it would be a tough job and he would do everything he could to avoid cutting through the shower. I watched as he amazingly stood on a ladder, cut the pipe with one hand, added the new piping, and soldered the connections. It took about an hour. We were so happy with his service and his pricing. We've definitely found our new plumber.

He was very prompt. He was very personable and professional. He was on time and he was nice and efficient to work with.

Fantastic service. Very professional and responsive. Kitchen sink was clogged due to poorly installed plumbing by previous owners. Morgan out redesigning and installing new plumbing, all in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Excellent. Morgan definitely lived up to his great rating on Angie's List. I got estimates from 3 different companies. Based on the description of the work I wanted done, Morgan gave me an estimate via email saying the work was standard, and he'd done it enough times before that he was confident in his time and cost estimate. He allowed that if the job turned out to be tricky and involved more time and cost, he would adjust the estimate before doing the work. That seemed fair, and because he had the lowest time and cost estimate (and good reviews), I went with Morgan. In addition to being very responsive during the exchange of emails in the quoting process (other companies were far less responsive), he sent a confirmation the day before. The day of the job he showed up 15 minutes early. I live in a condo, and despite the fact that I had already scheduled the water to be turned off to my building, Morgan checked with our handyman to be sure. Then he got right to work, no repeated trips to his van, no talking on his cell phone, no running to Home Depot for parts - within minutes he was working on the plumbing. With regard to time, he estimated "a couple of hours", and finished in exactly two hours. With regard to cost, he pointed out to me that a part I had thought needed replacing was actually fine - a $60 part. His invoice was $60 less than the estimate he gave me (which was based on my description of the work). That's pretty honest. He could have charged me what he quoted me, and I would have been none the wiser. The work he estimated, and completed in 2 hours, was estimated by two other companies at 4 hours - and their estimates were $200 higher (and one of those companies did an in-person estimate). The man clearly knows his work. He was responsive, punctual, honest, fast, and the work looks good - and no leaks! I have other plumbing work to be done, and I will definitely use Morgan Plumbing. I give them the highest rating and recommendation.

Morgan Ford is the owner of this company. He was very good. I live on a split level house and the toilet on the top floor, the tank cracked and it leaked through the ceiling. I found him on Angies List and called him and he was very efficient and very professional and recommended that I buy a certain toilet which I did and I thought it was money worth. I plan to contact him again when I need to do some plumbing work in the house. He is highly rated and I liked what people said about him and that is why I hired him. He ordered it and came back and put it in. He was very fast and was very competent. He was reasonably priced.

Mr. Morgan is one of those rare finds who deserves all of the positive comments he has received. I used Angie's List to find a plumber in our area to change out an aged garbage disposal in our kitchen. I called around on a Saturday expecting to have to leave voicemails. The first time I called Mr. Morgan's number, I did indeed get a voicemail but decided not to leave a message. I called another plumber, who was not that impressive over the phone, and decided not to use his services. While I was looking up another plumber, Mr. Morgan called back and said he was taking another call at the same time I called him. I was impressed with this and his professionalism over the phone and was even more impressed when he said he could do the job the following day, a Sunday, at normal prices. He gave me the 10 percent discount and completed the job in approximately 30 minutes. He showed up exactly on time and provided me with very reasonable estimates for other work we are considering. It's hard to find honest and trustworthy contractors but we know we have found one in Mr. Morgan. A job well done. Thank you!

He was prompt, even early which worked great for your schedule. He quickly fixed the problem and advised a course of action if we continued to experience the problem in the future. He was very professional and was quick to point out ways we could save money as well as giving an even better discount than the coupon I had printed out. If we have future plumbing issues I would not hesitate to call him again.

I noticed a small part of the drywall on the ceiling and wall in my 1st floor hallway had water spots from an obvious water leak, but the cause of the leak was not apparent. It was a Sunday and I called Morgan Plumbing, expecting to get an answering machine or answering service, but instead, the owner, Morgan Ford, answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he asked if I wanted someone to come immediately or if it could wait until the next day (Monday). Since the water spots on the wall didn't appear to be getting any bigger, I decided to wait until the next day. Early Monday morning, I received a call from Morgan asking me about the status of the water leak and assuring me that someone would be at my house by mid- day. Sure enough, Mike from Morgan Plumbing arrived at my house at noon. He was very professional and he methodically searched for the source of the leak. He determined it was coming from a faulty seal in the 2nd floor guest bathroom toilet. The reason for the leak was that the toilet was not installed correctly by the home builder. To correct the problem, the flange had to be raised to be level with the floor, which required a part that would have to be installed the next day. The owner Morgan Ford, arrive 1st thing the following morning to complete the job. He too was very professional and did an excellent job making the repair, explaining everything to me along the way. Morgan Plumbing will give you great service at a fair price. Highly recommend.

When I called an appointment time was set up at a convenient time for me. The plumber was here a little early, was very pleasant and performed the needed work. He put all the junk from the stopped up sink in his bucket and took it to his truck, in fact he took all of his paper towels, rags back to his truck so I didn't need to dispose of anything. He worked efficiently and quickly, gave a recommendation for the tub faucet which needed more work. I had purchased the faucets but felt the price was very reasonable. This is the first time I've used Morgan Plumbing and will use their service in the future.

One of our pipes burst in the "Polar Vortex" freeze. (As a side note, we thought that we were prepared, but the plumber who replaced these pipes failed to replace the insulation, and while the pipes seem internal they are actually exposed to the attic. That plumber is no longer in business). Of course it happened on a Saturday evening, during the holidays. Very few plumbers make emergency weekend calls, especially on someone else's work, but Morgan Plumbing answered right away and arranged to come out the following morning. He found and replaced the pipe quickly, advised us on insulation, and checked his work. It's been a week with radical temp swings and the pipe's doing great.

Called back right away. Asked a few questions, came out later that day. Identified the problem and with age of faucet suggested replacing would be cheaper that repair. Did not charge me for the first visit. To save money suggested I buy the kitchen faucet and came back out to replace it two days later, just prior to xmas. Total cost under $200. Couldn't be more satisfied with his service and responsiveness.

Fantastic. I know it has been a wild couple of days for plumbers here during the Big Chill . Some didn't return my call; some didn't have voice mail turned on. Even though the pipe burst at about 4:45 pm on Wednesday evening, my call to Morgan plumbing was courteously returned within about 5 minutes. Not knowing where the shutoff valves were for the outside faucets, I had turned off the water to the whole house when the leak occurred. Morgan took the time to walk me through finding the right shutoff valves so I could turn the water back on. He apologized for not being able to come immediately, truthfully I was surprised when he said he could be here between 8:30 and 9:00 AM on Thursday. He arrived promptly at 8:30, and went right to work. Where the pipe had burst I thought it was going to be even more of a mess, the area seemed complicated (just above the concrete slab, in the midst of other electrical and gas fittings). He investigated the situation, pinpointed the trouble area, apologized for having to cut the wallboard, and worked hard to minimize damage to the surrounding area. I was really impressed that he found the break, fixed the pipe, installed a new frost-free hose bib, pointed out where the area had been been a problem before, made sure to give me the damaged section and tell me what I needed to show to the insurance company, and talked about a potential future project (replacing faucets throughout the house) all within about an hour and a half - for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend Morgan Plumbing and plan to use this company in the future.

Morgan Plumbing, hands down, is the best. There is no need to look any further! He answers his phone, even on Sunday when I realized I had a problem. He asked me a few questions to make sure there was no emergency, as a result we set up a time to have him come out and fix the damage. He arrived, surveyed everything - while he was there I asked him if he would mind installing a new kitchen faucet for me and he was happy to oblige. He worked efficiently, cleanly and was easy to talk to. Very pleasant in conversation. He even put up with my dog who wanted to play with him the entire time! Great guy, great service. Morgan was very responsive. I reached out to him via Angie's list and he was able to come out the next morning for a walk through to prepare the quote. He ran a new gas line, connected it and pulled all applicable permits (including scheduling the inspections). Morgan was very responsive every step of the way and I was pleased with his work. He left a clean work space despite drilling through floor and tile and the range works great. If I need any gas or plumbing work in the future I will definitely be contacting him for a quote.

We had a frozen pipe in the down stairs bathroom, it busted and we had water all over the bottom floor basement. We went on Angies List and found Morgan and called him. He was at the site within an hour on a Sunday and was able to fix the problem!

Replaced valve on water line and main shutoff. It was quick and fairly painless.

On the first visit, he identified the problem in the kitchen, and did the legwork to get a new faucet under warranty shipped to my house. On that visit he also fixed a leak in an upstairs bathroom. When the new faucet arrived, I made an appointment to have the faucet installed and also asked to have a shutoff valve replaced. He arrived on time and completed both jobs quickly, quietly and efficiently. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional the service was. I will definitely call Morgan plumbing for any plumbing work needed in the future
