I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and honesty. They told me straight up that most of the plumbing had already been replaced. When I decide to get the last few pipes replaced (house bib lines, etc. ) I will absolutely call Morgan plumbing.

Morgan was great! We made an appointment for the morning after I called. He called just to let me know he would be ten minutes late... which was not a problem and the call was appreciated! When he arrived, he was friendly and professional. He fixed the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost, and explained exactly what he did. I would definitely hire him again!

Very pleased with the service. First, Morgan arrived exactly at the time promised, with the right replacement part, and immediately went to work. What a start! That alone put him in the upper category of service providers. The cover was severely rusted and deteriorated and with some elbow grease, Morgan removed the old cover and readily installed the new cover. Showing great respect for the homeowner, he carefully cleaned the immediate area. Communication? Very friendly and answered any question. I tip my hat to Morgan and thank him for providing a great service.

I hired Morgan multiple times within the last year. He is responsive and easy to contact which makes scheduling easy. I really like that he promptly answers any questions I may have along the way. I have rental properties and it's a huge peace of mind to have a reliable, honest plumber like Morgan. He's a true professional and his prices are competitive. Arrived early, went right to work. He cleaned up what little mess he made. The job was quick and the results were as expected. I've used him in 2013 and will use him again in the future. Great prices too!

This was a super easy appointment. Morgan promptly answers his own phone, which is appreciated. He is honest and will give you a fair assessment of the worst case scenario before doing work. He also showed up early to my appointment and got to work quickly. He and his assistant wore booties while walking around the house in order to keep the floors clean. He further followed good housekeeping practices; for instance before putting the toilet back he cleaned under it and also kept track of and disposed of waste generated during the appointment. Finally, I think his prices were very reasonable. One other note; the tub spout repair was an add-on service that I hadn't originally called about. I asked about it while he was working on the toilet; he had the time and was also able to repair this during the appointment. I appreciate that he was able to accommodate the additional repair!

The provider was very professional, asked me a few questions, and suggested I could fix the leak myself. He talked me through the process, and I was able to resolve the leak within five minutes. The benefit was not having to schedule an appointment and pay for a repair visit. I was very appreciative of the provider's integrity and willingness to help me without charge. Two thumbs up!

Morgan Plumbing is wonderful...he always does a little bit beyond what is asked. For example, the toilet seat was coming off and he reinstalled it at no charge. This is my 'go-to' plumber.

I have found my plumber! Morgan was able to come out the same day I called to stop the water running out of the bathtub faucet. He showed up on time, worked very quickly, charged a very reasonable amount, and was very courteous. He services a number of locations, including the areas I need--Manassas and Fairfax. Morgan is prompt, professional, reasonable, and honest--just what I was looking for in a plumber!

Called Morgan Plumbing due to an issue with water leaking from the kitchen faucet which was spilling all over the kitchen counter and floor. Morgan came out within the next hour. I originally thought it just needed tweaking and tightening, but there was a crack in the back of the faucet. He left and came back with a new replacement faucet, and everything is working great. He also found some issues with the garbage disposal that had to be fixed.

They are always responsive, professional and fix it the first time. I couldn’t say more better things about those guys.

After having a bad dealing with another plumber I called this plumber to come repair a damaged/leaking water pipe I had in my wall. During the abnormal cold spell we had in the D.C area I had a exterior PVC water line rupture. During my phone conversation I explained what the problem was and how I needed it fixed quickly. He gave me a time between 1400 - 1600 that same day. He called my tenant at 1200 asking if he could come over early to make the repair. He was very professional and responsive to my questions which was a huge plus. 30 mins later he was done with the repair and thoroughly tested the new fitting to ensure a water tight integrity. Because my insurance company was actually paying for the repair I did not try to haggle with price but $325 was a little much to clue in a new piece of PVC pipe. I am sure he would have went down on the cost of the repair if I had negotiated but overall I was very satisfied with the repair. I would recommend to anyone who needs a good plumber who is timely and professional!

Located the drip in the shower fixture ,had to cut the shower tile carefully because I could not replace it with the same,replaced the connection. He fit me in during a very busy day due to the cold causing all sorts of damage.He got back to me right away after I made the appt. on the message board yesterday. Will always use him from now on. Very professional.

Everything was perfect. He was punctual, efficient, Pleasant, and explained the do's and don't's with the garbage disposals. He came highly recommended from a friend so I hadn't search around for prices. It seemed very reasonable to me. Mr Morgan had talked to me in the past over the phone, recommending what I should do/consult/hire for other jobs that he thought would be more suitable for me AND for this job, he followed up with me to make sure all was OK. I totally trust this provider and would not hesitate for a second to hire him again.

I wasn't there but my daughter-in-law was and he was right on time. She said he was very nice, solved the problem quickly and the price was very reasonable. I will use him again, great service!

Morgan plumbing was phenomenal. When I accidentally broke my toilet tank over a weekend, I was able to text pictures to Morgan Plumbing, who worked with me to identify the exact replacement part that was needed. They quickly located the part, and even accommodated my schedule by agreeing to come by on a Saturday morning to install it. The installation was fast and smooth, the plumber was nice and friendly, and the total cost was materially less than the quotes i got from two other well-rated plumbers in the area. Would definitely use them again for plumbing needs in the future.

Morgan was fabulous!! My initial call to him describing what I wanted was professional. He gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. He came 1/2 early which worked out for me and was finished in just over 2 hours. The job was a little more challenging but he was able to do it. The sink did not fit completely so he had to trim a little. He also changed our turn on/off valves. He warned me that he would try hard not to chip our counter tops, which he did not! He is professional, he told me what he was going to do. He does quality work and he explains things as they happen. The fee was exactly what he gave in his estimate!! He also said any problems to call him but everything is working great! I would definitely call him again!

After a failed Home Depot dishwasher installation (apparently they can only do "plug and play" installations and not install new fittings) I needed a plumber to install my new dishwasher and based on location and reviews I scheduled Morgan Plumbing. The installation was smooth and service consistent with the favorable reviews here. Morgan showed up right on time, explain everything that needed to be done, completed the installation and cleaned everything up before leaving. He is obviously an experienced plumber and I would definitely use him again in the future.

Morgan Plumbing to the rescue...again!!! I previously used Morgan Plumbing earlier this year (January 2014) during the frigid temperature, as I had a water pipe burst. This time, I am in the process of converting my gas stove to electric. I needed a plumber to cap off the gas line to the stove. Of course, I did not know this prior to my new stove being delivered. So, the new stove was left in my kitchen, as the delivery men could not remove or take away the gas stove until the gas line was capped off. Needless to say, I had two stoves in my kitchen!!! I called Morgan Plumbing and explained the situation and yes...Morgan came to my rescue, again! He initially said he'd be at my house in the afternoon, but to my surprise, Morgan showed up about an hour later! Yay!!! After reviewing what needed to be done, he said there was a little more involved than he thought. But, he got the job done. The initial quote was $140, and the final cost was $165. I am VERY pleased with Morgan Plumbing. Now that this is my second experience with this company, I will now consider him "my plumber" and call him first should the need arise!

Morgan actually called and came a bit early. Was able to complete work pretty fast. Very nice and clean - left no mess to clean up. Friendly and explained what he did. Very easy for us the homeowner.

Morgan Plumbing completed all their work in a professional and timely manner. In addition, they found an unsealed vent pipe that was causing condensation in a bathroom wall that the builder was unable to figure out previously. Repaired a water pipe in the basement. They were personable, informative, and respectful of the house. They went above and beyond with additional repairs and the final tab was well below what my expectations were. They even had a follow-up visit to ensure the shower valve was working properly.
