Morgan Plumbing

I have had the same plumber for 10 years and he was great, but he just retired. I called another plumber a couple of weeks ago for a clogged kitchen drain and the price was excessive. This was my first time using Morgan Plumbing. He came on time, found the problem, fixed the problem, cleaned the area. His price was reasonable, and he gave me his 10% Angie's List discount. I recommend him and will definitely use him again.

Two gentlemen came on time, got right to work, and completed the job very efficiently. The end result is a good looking installation and everything works perfectly. Price was very fair, while other A-rated contractors' quotes were not. Morgan Plumbing will be the first company I call for future work.

This guy was the best! He called to set the appointment and he showed up on the dot. When I showed him the job he explained that he recommended against it and gave me an alternate idea to fix it myself. Instead of just taking my money or creating an opportunity to make more he simply helped me out. I have a tremendous amount of respect for Morgan Plumbing.

It went great. Yes they cut my dry wall but they installed an access panel (about $15) for future access if needed. IT WAS ALL WORTH IT!!!!! Yes I would use them again.

We are extremely happy with Morgan Plumbing. Morgan Ford, the owner, arrived within the scheduled timeframe. He was very amiable and professional. It was a struggle to get the old dishwasher unbolted. The space he had to work in was pretty restrictive, but he managed to unbolt it and remove it without any damage to the countertop or new flooring. Unbeknownst to us, we were missing a piece required for the installation! Morgan immediately contacted one of his vendors & ordered the part. Unfortunately, it was not in stock & had to be shipped. He arranged to pick it up the following Monday to complete the installation. He was very concerned that we would not have hot water for the weekend, but we told him not to worry. We were just happy that he could provide the service. Another plumber had told us that we needed to have the old dishwasher disconnected and removed ourselves. He also told us we would need an electrician to do that part of it. Needless to say, we were bewildered! That being said, we were so happy to have found Morgan Plumbing! On Monday, Mike & Mike arrived within the scheduled timeframe with the missing part. The installation of the dishwasher, bathroom faucet and vanity went very well. They also installed a separate cut-off for the hot and cold water so that in the future, we would not have to go without, if work needed to be done. They were both very professional, courteous and great to work with. Also, I want to mention that they also fixed an issue we were having with the kitchen drain. A loud gurgling sound would follow as the water drained. In the past, we were advised that we needed to snake the drain and possibly the vent, which we did do, to no avail. Mike said we needed a studer vent. He would have installed it for us, but he did not have one in the truck. We later bought one at the local big box store, installed it and no more gurgling! Needless to say, we are very happy to have found Morgan Plumbing! The service was great, their team is great, they were neat and tidy, and the price was right!!! We would call on them again, and recommend the company without hesitation.

Mike did a great job! Very friendly and easy to work with!

The gentleman showed up on time and performed the job exceptionally well. He made some other recommendations which we may have done in the future.

Prior to calling Morgan Plumbing, we called 4 other company's from Angie's who stated they could provide service (24/7) on Sunday. The first one said they would charge an extra $185 because it was Sunday. I said I was going to call others, but might call them back. Three other companies said to wait for their technician to call for availability. Two called us back after we waited more than an hour for a return call to say they could not come out until Monday morning. One called back after an hour and said it would be a few hours before they could come. I understand, after all it WAS Sunday. I started calling at 8:00am and it was now after 1:00pm. I called Morgan Pluming and explained the issue. He asked to speak to my husband. He spent several minutes on the phone with suggestions for my husband to do, where to buy the material and how to fix the leak. A quick trip to Home Depot and 15 minutes later, the leak was fixed. No money spent on services, but an honest bond established with a plumbing company that we will definitely use in the future. I believe we spoke with the owner. Nice guy, and quite sincere.

Sent two men and both were punctual and professional. Reviewed what I wanted and got right to work. They cleaned up after the job and made sure I was happy with the work.

Morgan promptly came out to the house for a possible leak. When the issue turned out not to be a plumbing problem, we were not charged for the visit, and there was no attempt to upsell any unnecessary services. I would highly recommend based on honesty, integrity and punctuality (showed up early for the scheduled appointment).

It went great! Morgan showed up a little before our agreed upon time. After looking at the different fixtures, he set to work. He was able to complete everything relatively quickly, except for the dripping faucet. Apparently there were two possibilities for this faucet and the piece he brought with him was not the correct piece. Our faucet is old and these pieces are hard to find. He did not leave me high and dry though. He headed out in search of the other piece and managed to find it, bring it back, and install in within an hour or so.

Super. Morgan came on three separate occasions (had to order parts), completing all requested repairs within a week's time. He was very responsive and fair in his pricing.

Outstanding service! I was really impressed by his professionalism. He arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it quickly. Before fixing the problem he explained the process to me and gave me the cost of fixing it. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend him.

The valve got fixed. Morgan replaced an old gasket in the bathtub trying the least costly approach first before cutting holes in the ceiling. He was professional, friendly and knew what to do. Thank you Morgan.

What great dependable service! Morgan is a very experienced professional who always arrives on time and gets right to work. I have used Morgan several times and have always been completely satisfied with his communication, the work performed, and the value received. There is no question in my mind that if you hire Morgan for your plumbing needs, you will not look elsewhere.

Morgan's was able to come within 24 hours of my call, which I appreciated since we could not use our kitchen sink! They texted me to let me know the technician (Mike) was en-route and he arrived on time. Mike identified that the coupling connecting the pipes was too large and he put on a properly-sized piece. He also cut away the cracked portion of the pipe and added additional pipe pieces to make it all fit. He tested the work to ensure everything worked, and left my kitchen neat and clean. He was very professional and pleasant, and completed the job promptly and well. The price was reasonable. I would definitely call Morgan Plumbing again.

Morgan Plumbing technician arrived on time, explain what he was going to do, and cleared the clogged drain. Always appreciate a professional performing the task they were hired for and completing the task with no issues.

Morgan Plumbing was incredible responsive! I called at 8:00 AM and was told that they could get to me after noon on the same day. At 9:30 AM, I received a call and was told that they could be there earlier. By 10:00 AM, Mike was at my door! He was so helpful and knew exactly what to do! He got there next day after I called, 2 hours earlier than he'd told me, tenant let him in, had most work done before I showed up. Maybe an hour total to get the whole list done. Tenant and I couldn't be happier!

I had a leak under my kitchen sink, so I called Morgan Plumbing based on the positive reviews I saw on Angie’s List. I left a message, my phone call was returned within 30 minutes, and I was able to get a same day appointment which was great! A gentleman named Mike showed up at my house about an hour later and quickly determined that I needed a new basket strainer. He had the part and the tools with him, so he quickly went to work replacing the strainer and was finished after 20-30 minutes. Mike was friendly and professional, and even took care to put booties on over his shoes before he walked through my house. I thought their prices were very reasonable, and I was pleased that they offered the 10% discount through Angie’s List without my having to ask for it. Overall, I was very satisfied with Morgan Plumbing from start to finish, and I would highly recommend them.
