About a year ago on a recommendation from a friend, we'd called Morgan to replace an outside spigot and the shut off valve to the outside line (which was in danger of freezing and thus bursting). He was prompt, professional, and honest. His prices may be higher than other competitors, but piece of mind, quick response, and clean/professional work is worth the extra cost. This week, upon seeing a leak in our main water line/valve inside the house, we realized that the job was bigger than just turnng a knob. So we called Morgan Plumbing again--qucik response and he offered to come the next day, first thing at 8 am. Our basement was already wet from the slow leak, and we tried to turn the valve off, keeping the water out of the house. Unbeknownst to us, the valve failed, leaking all night allowing water to flow freely and create further damage. Thankfully, Morgan arrived right at 8 am and had to shut the water off at the street (with a tool that ordinary homeowners don't have). He not only replaced the valve, but moved it into an easier access point. He was clean, efficient, prompt, friendly and professional. Our home is 33 years old, so I am sure we will continue to see plumbing problems in the future--Morgan Plumbing is the company to which we will go to resolve those issues!

Another provider advised us that our water pressure wasn’t good, so we called Morgan Plumbing for help. They arrived right on time and were very professional, which can be rare qualities these days. I also liked that they took the time to clean up after themselves thoroughly.

I don't remember the price but it seems high but I have had so many bad plumbers. He is very good and very honorable. I think he is probably excellent. He is very professional and calls when he is coming or if he can't come. He is fast and I think he is doing a good job.

Overall excellent. He is professional, no-non-sense plumber. He does great work, is a timely and prompt manner. I recommend him to all my neighbors. He is a one man show who knows is stuff. Why pay for the overhead of a big company when you don't have to. A good hard working guy with top-notch workmanship at reasonable prices.

Fast and efficient!! Pointed out potential problems

I ended up replacing everything, but there was still certain things with the porcelain that was worn down. So I ended up having him replace everything because the toilets kept running. They were about 25 years old. He also recommended a brand and he brought everything. It went by really fast. They are excellent toilets and we have saved a lot on water bills. I really like him and he is a person of great integrity. He always does a good job. He always comes when he says he will come. He is quick and he is clean. He does a good job. I love him.
