Morgan Plumbing

I contacted Morgan Plumbing after finding them on Angies List and then talking to a neighbor who had also used their services and had favorably recommended them. Morgan Plumbing set up an appointment at 5pm so that I did not have to take off time from work and when he arrived, he needed a special Moen tool that he did not own. We rescheduled for a subsequent appointment also at 5pm. On both days, Morgan was actually early but was content to wait in the truck and finish paperwork until I arrived at 5pm. I appreciated his timeliness and his no pressure style. He fixed the leak quickly, tested it and then moved on to the toilet issue. He also determined that a previous plumber had used the wrong flapper size on the toilet. Quick and easy fix. He also spent time giving me pointers for a new toilet at my request. I'm thinking of buying new commodes for the master and half bath. I will use Morgan Plumbing again, and I'm very happy to have found a good plumber who is conscientious, timely, and does great work.

Morgan Plumbing is very professional. He kept us updated daily by phone on the progress. The job was completed within the scheduled time set up. He went out of his way to make sure the job was completed on time and that we were satisfied with the results. At the end of the day the house was clean. I would recommend Morgan Plumbing to all that needed any type of plumbing needs.

Morgan was quickly responsive and completed all work within a few days of our initial contact. The toilet replacement was expensive but was not a surprise as he had fully informed me in advance of the cost, which was exactly what he had told me it would be.

After hearing some water in the walls and having a small bit make its way to our basement before I shut the water off, I feared the worst. I called a few plumbers to have someone out to fix the problem. Morgan provided prompt response and kept me in the loop as to when a plumber would be at our house. After patiently listening to my description of the problem, Morgan diagnosed the issue as a probable leak from the upstairs tub. A quick inspection showed that there was no tub overflow gasket and water could easily overflow into the wall below. The entire issue was fixed in about a half hour. I would have easily believed that the issue was a leaking pipe and a dishonest plumber could have made himself more money tearing apart my ways to get to the pipes. I've never had a need for a plumber in the past, but now I know who I will use in the future.

Morgan had to break through our brick-structure home to run the gas line from the existing location to the new location. He also had to break through the brick-structure to run the water line for our water hose. Morgan did great work. He was clean, thorough and quick. Morgan agreed to come back and cap the old gas line. He is very flexible, very professional and I highly recommend him.

Our experience with Morgan Plumbing has always been exceptional. This project included demo existing bath plumbing for remodel and setup for new kitchen sink, laundry, and utility sink in garage. Morgan and Mike were very professional throughout the process - they really know the plumbing code requirements and made sure the finished product was exactly what we wanted. This is the 3rd time we have used their services and will have more work for them in the future.

We clogged up out kitchen sink pretty BAD. We called on Morgan on Sunday and he said he would be able to come out first thing Monday morning. The line was so stopped up it took almost 24 hours for it to slow drain. We had tried everything we could. Morgan came out and had it cleared up in less than an hour. I know it was more than your average clog. He was super quick, professional and fair!!!

Called Morgan on Wednesday. Work was done on Friday. Very quick response time. Took about 20 minutes from start to finish. No mess after completed. Did a great job.

I called on Sunday night and he was able to work me in first thing Monday morning. Morgan arrived right on time. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the problem very quickly. It took longer for the water to drain out of the pipes after he shut it off than it did for him to repair the leak.

It was quick, easy, and the price was reasonable.

Morgan was extremely responsive. I called on Tuesday early evening and he was at my house at 8:30 AM Thursday. Unlike another plumber, Morgan was able to make an experienced guess at what the problem may be just from our phone conversation (not that he had to know before he arrived at my home). Morgan happened to be correct and he was in and out of my home in about an hour. Morgan also gave me a good quote on a possible future repair as well as took time to answer a related plumbing question. He was very professional and polite. I HIGHLY recommend him.

I called Morgan on a Sunday morning when I discovered a water valve spraying in my basement; he returned my call promptly and showed up shortly after with a new valve. During the work we discovered my shut-off valve was beginning to fail and he had a spare in his van and replaced it as well. Morgan was extremely fast, professional, courteous and all on a Sunday when he could have been out enjoying his boat! Absolutely the best contractor I have ever worked with and he is the only plumber I will ever call. He has my highest recommendation!!

Tha ballcock in the toliet tank broke, and the fill valve was not working properly and the toilet was running nonstop. I called Morgan Plumbing and spoke to Mr. Morgan and he told me he could be at my residence in 30 minutes, I was surprised as this was a Saturday. He arrived in less than 30 minutes; he was professional and polite. He looked at my toliet and told me exactly what was needed. It was a basic toiliet issue as I already knew that it was. In knowing that he did not try to add on more to the job than what was needed. It did not take him long to perform the work, which I knew that it wouldn't, basically he was in and and out. He told me what he was doing as he worked. Also, he discovered another issued with the pipes and showed it to me. The area that he pointed out I knew something was going on in the area but I couldn't figure out what it was. He gave me a quote on the spot and put that quote in writing. He tested the toilet a few times to ensure it was working properly and cleaned up his work area. I did some research and it can typically cost $50 - $200 to repair toilet by replaciing tank mechanism. Some may think $139.00 is a little too much, but paying $139.00 can save me a lot where it comes to my water bill. The last several months my water bill has been pretty high. It is amazing what a slow ruuning toilet can make in the sewer charges in your water bill. The toilet had some work done before and some minor issues were still occuring, but I can tell that Mr. Morgan has done a better job no question.

He installed toilet seals to try to get rid of the odor in my home. That was not the problem, and later told me that he is unable to smell. He should have known that my toilet didn't need to be sealed, but I was desperate for a solution so let him install the seals. He saw an opportunity to make a buck, in my opinion. I needed him to come back, and the next visit he was very impatient with me and didn't want to help.

jHe is a very nice guy, I was just unable to afford the esitamte price he quoted, which is why I didn't end up going with him.

Contacted Morgan Plumbing about a toilet issue. Morgan came out to my home the same day to have a look at my issue. He gave me advice on what would make my toilet work better but told me there was nothing wrong after my brother tinkered with it. I appreciate the fact Morgan did not charge me for the house call or gauge me with a repair I did not need. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The owner came to my house exactly on time and completed the work in about 30 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and had an immediate solution. He was professional, efficient, clean, and improved my plumbing situation. I will continue to use Morgan Plumbing in the future.

Morgan might be a distant relative of Billy Graham. Honest, professional...a very trustworthy plumber. He explained the issue, took care of it...nice and neat. Confirmed everything was in working order before he left. As I mentioned when he left, "I'm already looking forward to my next plumbing problem."

We contacted Morgan Ford, the owner, and he prompty scheduled an appointment. Mr. Ford was on-time, courteous, and professional. His pricing was also very, very reasonable. We ended up going with another vendor who was larger and would be able to perform other non-plumbing work (i.e. electrical) as well. If not for the convenience of that 2-in-1 vendor, we would have definitely hired Mr. Ford. I will not hesitate in contacting him for our future plumbing needs.

Morgan Plumbing was very responsive to emails I sent asking for a quote. He arrived on time the day of the install and was very pleasant to work with. The work was completed in a timely manner and he cleaned everything up when he was finished which is something you don't see much these days. The system works great and we would hire them for our next plumbing needs.

It went well. I sent a email last night around 9 pm requesting someone to call me regarding my toilet that was leaking. I received a call back approximately 30 minutes later stating his availability. He was able to fit me the next day to come look at my repair. He arrived exactly when expected and called prior to his arrival. He was very professional and courteous.
