Description of Work: Morgan installed a faucet, drain and garbage disposal in a new sink. He was considerate of my time (gave me a reasonable time window and then called when he was on his way) and did great work. He encouraged me to call him if I had any trouble with the new installations. There was no need for that because of the great job he did.

Description of Work: Morgan came on a same day call on a Saturday to fix a toilet that would not stop running. He replaced the water turn off valve that I couldn't turn, diagnosed the problem, will order the part needed for he repair. While here he also consulted on another non-urgent problem and will take care of that when he returns. Very punctual, very responsive. I will definitely use him again

Description of Work: They came in for a broken floor drain. Upon removing the broken drain, they checked the remaining pipe and found it to be broken. They explained to me how they discovered the issue an how to tell the difference when snaking the pipe. They explained my options and helped me make the best decision for resolving my problem. They did not mind me peeking over their shoulder from time to time to see the progress. Genuine people that I will use again.

Description of Work: He fixed my outside faucet and adjusted the temperature of my hot water heater.

Description of Work: Repaired 2 leaks in water pipes. He did a great job, he was very quick and efficient.

Description of Work: Replaced faucet in kitchen. Corrected a water leak.

Description of Work: A water pipe bust due to the freezing temperatures. Luckily it was only the water faucet in the front of my house. Morgan was quick to respond and repair my pipe with no problems. He was very friendly and helpful and made suggestions as to how I can winterize my home and avoid future problems within my house. I'm very thankful because he was able to come to my home within a day when others quoted me timeframes of up to one week. Also, I received a $20 discount for being an Angie's List member. I am very pleased!

Description of Work: We called Morgan's Plumbing based on a recommendation we rec'd. We booked an appointment to have an estimate on a bathroom renovation we wanted to do. The day of the appointment he arrived and we showed him the bathroom and described possible designs we were interested in. We let him know we were in the phase of getting estimates and would begin renovation at a later date. He promised to get us an estimate at the beginning of the following week. The following week we did not hear from him and so we decided to give him an additional week to respond in case he had been unable to work the estimate up. At the end of the second week we called him. He said,"You mean I haven't gotten you that estimate? I thought I had. I will be in the office this afternoon and will get it to you." I noticed that he got off the phone quickly and I guess I wasn't too surprised that I didn't hear from him that evening. Another day has passed and still no word... I am surprised at the lack of professionalism this man has exhibited. I would tell others to be careful before hiring this man to do a job based on his inability to perform a cost estimate that should fall within his capability to complete and his lack of professionalism in working with us.

Description of Work: Morgan was very responsive to my call for help -- water was leaking out of a ceiling light fixture, coming from somewhere in my upstairs master bath. He told me several things to try to see if I could fix it myself. When they didn't work, he came out the next day and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a very large job that didn't require his services (ripping up bathroom tile and replacing leaking shower pan liner). I plan to use him for any plumbing work I need in the future.
