This is the second time I have used their services. Both times I was very pleased with their responsiveness promptness and professionalism. A rock hit the windshield just under the wiper arm and went unnoticed until the crack spread across the windshield. I called and made an appointment for the following day. Father and son arrived and quickly began their work. They paid close attention to the details, and noted a minor scratch that was hidden by the gasket. The scratch had begun to rust. He did a quick sanding to remove the rust and then sealed the spot. They were finished in 30-45 minutes. Aside from the temporary tape, which you remove after 24 hours, the windshield and car looked good as new. I have had no problems at all. I highly recommend them, and will use them again. Hopefully I won't need them too soo . :-)

This is actually the first time I have written a review, mainly because the service was that good. Two technicians (a father and son team) came to my house on time and worked diligently to get the work done. They were both polite, considerate and deliberative in their work. They responded to every inquiry I had and revealed to be two of the nicest gentlemen I have ever had do any work for me. The price they quoted was lower than the negotiated "discounted" rate from my insurance company (USAA) with more well known companies, which couldn't schedule an appointment at my house or at any of their many stores for almost ten days. near the end of the work, which was surprisingly quick, the father actually tried to give my an even deeper discount, because we got along so well and I knew about his heritage and the incredibly brave things his former military unit did to fight against Sadam Hussein prior to the U.S. invasion. I refused the discount because these two men actually earned every cent, something I can't often say about workers who come to my house. I highly recommend using this company over more well known companies like Safelite, who lost my business due to the way they communicated with me.

To replace the window they had to disconnect the electrical wiring for the window control switch on the dash and the electric window defroster. After replacing the window, they had no idea how to reconnect the wiring. After their failed attempt to rewire, the rear door was electronically locked shut. They had no idea how to correct the problem. They tried taking fuzes out and replacing them. This caused even more problems in the car's onboard computer. Suddenly engine lights and other fault and warning lights came on on the dash. The longer they probed, the worse it got. Finally, I had to take thecar back to the dealer to correct the problems Mobile Auto Glass created. Cost of repairs at the dealer was almost as much as replacement cost of the window.
