I've used him twice. They're fine. They're adequate.

Excellent service -- the electrician was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in surveying the attic, providing advice regarding the bathroom fans and how they should vent, and also cleaned up old wiring no longer being used. The extra help and advice was very appreciated! I would highly recommend this company!

We could not find the bad connection was so we hired Mr. Rogers Electric LLC. They were at our home the next day to diagnosed and fix the problem in less than 2 hours. The technicians were courteous, professional, and honest. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely be using them in the future when we remodel our kitchen. Thanks!

I needed somebody FAST. The painters were coming in a few days. 'Mister Rogers" was able to meet our deadline. He worked into the evening to get the job done. All switches and outlets are working.

Extremely well. Great job. House was left clean and everything fixed. Even pointed out wiring that needs to be replaced that was done by someone else for ultraviolet light for AC. That company will return to fix.12

Excellent. The electricians, Cesar and Omar, were very professional. They always wore shoe covers in the house, and even place a floor mat outside the entrance.

Called and made an appointment for estimate. The electrician was on time and gave me the estimate. I had a big project coming so didn't have time to do it myself. Agreed to the estimate and they came at the scheduled time. I thought they would use schedule 80 vs. 40 PVC conduit for protection since it's run on the garage walls but they used 40 which I have to assume is to code. Also one of the outlets was placed a bit too close to the garage door mechanical arms so anything plugged in there might get the cord damaged or pulled out when the door is operated. Otherwise it was a pretty good job. Seemed a bit pricey for labor since they were done in about 3 hours or less and materials cost couldn't have been much. But since I was pressed for time I didn't get competing estimates. Next time I'll do it myself.

Nelson from Mister Rogers was terrific. He was extremely courteous and quick, diagnosed the reasons my lights weren't working, gave me an estimate, and did the work quickly. Mister Rogers charges a $159 diagnostic fee and flat rates for jobs/tasks, rather than hourly rate, plus gives 5 yr warranty on labor. I appreciated this because even if they may not always be the cheapest deal, you know what you're getting as all included, and they stand behind their work. Some extra perks: they came same day (with no "emergency fee" like some other places said they'd charge, even if it wasn't an emergency) and wear shoe covers. Nelson was really patient and thorough, offered lots of explanation, and even looked out for me in trying to figure out if I was still under a different home warranty rather than just pushing a sale. Honesty and integrity go a long way, and makes people want to refer you. :)

Nelson arrived when he said he would. Once he determined what needed to be done he brought in the necessary items to complete the job. He draped plastic over my floor, stove and counters. He needed to put a box in as there wasn't one already in place. He kept me informed as to what he was doing, and finished the job in no time. It was a track lighting replacement and he made sure all the lights were pointing in the direction that I wanted. He was very polite and was kind enough to give me quotes on some other work I am thinking of having done. I would use Mister Rogers again, and would request Nelson.

We've actually used Mister Rogers twice now, the first time to upgrade our 70's vintage breaker box with overloaded circuits to a new one. We had Cesar and one of the other folk (name escapes me at the moment) come out to do the work. They were extremely professional, walked through the work to be done, were fair and informative about pricing, and did excellent work. They earned my recommendation.

Very well, they were able to solve everything in one visit which is extremely important considering we have small kids and not a lot of time. I would use them again.

Nelson was extremely efficient and after replacing the burnt out light switch, he fixed the opposite switch (that turns the same light off and on) to work properly because it was not routed correctly. He was efficient, courteous, and fast. I would recommend this vendor again. I called the equally courteous Mr. Rogers representative at 1pm and she worked me into the schedule immediately. She was extremely efficient and quelled my worries about the technician not having the specific switch that I have in my kitchen (two other electricians told me that I would have to go buy the switch and then call them back). Overall, my experience with Mr. Rogers was excellent, and the Angie's discount (5%)was applied to my bill.

My husband and I are really pleased with Mister Rogers Electric. We had gone through two electricians over the last two years who fixed something only to have 5 other things break, or scare us saying our house was wired badly and it would cost tens of thousands of dollars. So we lived for months with electricity problems until a friend recommended this company. They did exactly what we asked for in a few hours for a reasonable price. The price they quoted before the work started in fact! Everything was very simple from setting up the service appointment, to discussing the issues with the electrician, to getting things fixed quickly. Cannot recommend them highly enough and will definitely use them in the future.

Jaime did a superb job explaining the options for the overhead lighting and the outlet replacements. He made sure I knew the costs before he began any work. He called me to let me know he was en route, arrived on-time, and got to work. It was evident he took pride in his work. I will be using Mister Rogers Electric, LLC for any future electrical service.

Fransys and partner arrived on time. I had multiple items for them to quote and we also talked about future work with regards to installing and replacing pot lights in two rooms. They quickly replaced the bedroom switches, fixed and replaced the living switch and removed the broken pot lights. The installed a junction box in the attic so that we could use that switch again when we decide on which fixture(s) we will go with in the living room. The price came in below the quote as the troubleshoot was more of a fix (he found it on the first try!) Both were very polite and left the house clean. I cannot comment on the relative pricing as I only had them come. But we plan to have them complete the future work.

We continue to go back to Mister Rogers for our electrical needs. In particular, Fransys and Marcilleo are amazing people who are extremely knowledgeable, careful, and thorough in all of the work they have performed for us. They take the time to explain the how and why of every problem before offering to fix; they're exceptionally professional and polite and we will continue to ask for them by name for as long as we live in the area. We've had the pleasure of using Mister Rogers on several occasions now and we can't recommend them enough.

Mister Rogers sent an estimator out last spring, who gave me an estimate for my broken porch light and then also looked at my fuse box to make recommendations there (it was old and wasn't up to code). I really liked the guy they send - Victor. He was so prompt, thoughtful, and professional. He followed up by email later than day with a detailed estimate. I didn't get around to having the work done until January 2015, and I asked for Victor. He showed up exactly on time, explained exactly what he was going to do, emailed me invoices immediately, and two days later sent me a postcard saying thanks for the business. Everything works great and looks good. They are the most professional electricians I have ever dealt with. I had to leave for work while they were still working. I was so surprised when I got home that day to discover that not only had Victor replaced the porch light (which was broken because a bird built a nest in it), but he had also carefully preserved the next and put it in a corner of the porch. These guys are great. They treat you like a person, are honest, and do good work. I'm very pleased and will definitely use them again.

Fantastic. The price was very competitive for the work done. It took the team about two days to complete. They arrived on time, with appropriate permits, ready to work. They were very courteous, reviewed my ideas and suggested better alternatives. Would use again.

The owner came and evaluate the work. I was proposed some improvement on my plans which were excellent and I was glad to approve them. The price was fair. The workers were conscientious and attentive, The work was completed well in time.

The team came by for an estimate and offered to do the work right there. They were very professional - brought drop cloths, cleaned-up, etc -, were very friendly, and finished the work in a very timely manner. Everything is done via iPad so the estimate and payment process is very simple. The installation went smoothly and looks amazing. Nothing but great things.

I have no issues with their customer service, punctuality and even quality of work, all of that was great. However, my only issue is with the pricing, it's EXTREMELY expensive. I was charged $295 to SIMPLY replace a GCFI and another regular outlet, no out of the ordinary work was performed, it took them less than 10 minutes to complete the work. Both outlets cost between $8 and $15 each if that much. I can understand if a customer is charged a little extra for weekend service but over $260 for less than ten minutes of simple work is just utterly ridiculous. UPDATE 12/19/14: After posting the initial review I was immediately contacted by Matt, the owner of the business and he explained in detail that I was charged incorrectly by his employee and apologized for the error. He explained what I should've been charged, offered a refund and stated he would reprimand his worker since he should've known the rate I was charged was incorrect. I received the refund immediately. Thank you Matt for correcting the error immediately, for the refund and quick responses. Satisfied customer.
