Excellent work...I was in desperate need of deck cleaning since it had not been cleaned in a couple of years. I contacted Metro Mobile and Jeremiah was very responsive and came out the same day and gave me a quote. Two days later, he was back to do the work. Very friendly and professional. iThis provider painted our fence on our property without permission. He refuses to correct the problem. He wanted to power wash the paint off. We asked him if he was insured and he said her was, "licensed insured and bonded". We just wanted to be sure he had liability insurance. He told us he was coming on two dates and never showed up. On Sat. July28th, he showed up unannounced and started on our fence without providing proof of insurance and without permission. We asked for proof before he continued, He said he had it in his truck. He gave me a certificate of insurance that was expired. He said he just brought the wrong proof. This person destroyed our property and refuses to replace our fence. The power washing he started to do without permission split the pickets when removing the paint he should never have applied. I do not think he has liability insurance and will continue to try and verify this based on the expired certificate he gave me. BEWARE - this person also details cars. The minimum cost to replace our destroyed section (44 feet) of fence is $1300 (based on 3 estimates). To make matters worse we are in the process of listing our house for sale - now we have to spring for a new fence that is not in our budget.
