Mastric Electrical contracting and servicing

Mastric Electrical is a fantastic company. I’ve been using them for years for anything electrical I may need around the house. They have repaired outlets, installed a generator circuit patch panel, completely wired a workshop, and run outdoor lights. Edwin is professional, courteous, on-time, works hard, friendly, knowledgeable and charges a fair rate. I will continue to use Mastric and would highly recommend them.

He arrived on time and quickly analyzed the problem. He had the needed part with him and had the fixture repaired in less than 15 minutes. Very polite and professional. We would definitely call him again if we needed an electrician.

s List The inspection was completed and we were promised a full written report to be sent via email within a week. We also requested an estimate for ceiling fan installation. We never received the report nor the estimate. Would not recommend them nor would we use them again.

Excellent work ethics. Shows up on time. Provides follow through on pricing in a professional manner. Done a number of electrical jobs. Is able to come and give an estimate in a timely manner.

I just bought a fixer-upper. Before buying, I needed someone to come in quickly to give me an estimate on extensive electrical repairs that needed to made throughout the house. Edwin came by and put together a detailed rush-estimate. The price he quoted was reasonable. After I bought the house, he and his crew came in and did their thing without any issues. They took care of permits, inspections, etc. and were faithful to the estimate. Very friendly and diligent with their work. Less importantly but still nice: They are the only contractors who have shown up on time, every time since I started. Highly recommended.

We had problems with the overhead wiring in the garage, kitchen and dining room. Edwin was prompt and very efficient in identifying the problem! He did an awesome job and I highly recommend him. He is on my short list for future repairs! Thank you Edwin!

It went very smoothly and the job was done within 30 minutes.

He was responsive and punctual. He explained everything that he was doing and why. He also had no problem leaving the instalation of the fan/light for us to do. Over all we were very pleased and will be calling them again to have electrical work done.

I figured that the wires were either cut or loose where the previous contractor and dug near and around the low-voltage lighting. They came out twice to fix it, but said they couldn't find the problem. Edwin came out, uncovered the wires until he found two cuts in the wire. He fixed it in no time and even did some minor cleaning of up wires that were just laying around near the timer box. He was very professional and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending this company and Edwin in particular.

I was having some issues with a dryer and it seemed to emanate from the panel box. Our neighbor is a master technician (he is currently injured) and came over and basically determined we need a new panel box - we had an older electric panel from the 1980s. I found Mastric through ServiceMagic and Edwin called me within a few hours of submitting a request through that website. I was impressed with Edwin right away because even though I told him I needed a new panel, he suggested he might be able to fix it and save me some money. In any case, we scheduled a time for him to come out the next morning at 730am, which was very convenient for me. He was right on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He confirmed we would need the panel upgrade and was able to schedule a time for the next day. Again, completely punctual and professional. Brought a colleague along to assist and the young man with him was likewise very professional and both he and Edwin took every precaution and were very respectful of my home. The work looks great and we are very pleased. He's been great to deal with and I would recommend Mastric to anyone.
