Description of Work: I am not quite sure of the last date. They do very good work. I thought the $260 was expensive for what was done - Hung 2 metal garden hose holders, hung a mail box on the house and hung 2 shades on the back porch which entailed drilling 4 holes for 4 hooks. I should have gotten an estimate first which was always sent before with previous jobs which involved more extensive work. In the past they have always come out to see what the job entailed and then sent a written estimate. | |In the past they have put a roof on the back porch, removed paneling and crown molding in the rec room and put up dry wall and crown molding and then painted, and enclosed area under the back porch with lattice work. | |The $5000 was for work done in the rec room. I provided the paint and they reused my crown molding. They did a nice job of cleaning up. While they were here for that job I asked them to replace 3 porcelain floor tiles in the kitchen and I had the tiles. I was charged $60 which I thought was expensive.

Description of Work: Fixed bathroom sink leak, bought and installed new faucet. Also, fixed detached towel rack. Cost includes price of new faucet. | |I have enlisted the Mallows multiple times over the last decade to do work on my apartment. They also renovated my kitchen about 10 years ago and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: They resurfaced our deck and rails, installed a hot tub on lower deck under upper deck, which included electrical work and proofing the ceiling of the lower deck to protect the hot tub and allow for draining of water from upper deck.
