She and her team arrived and got right to work. When I walked in the door I could immediately smell "clean". I love walking into my house and it smelling clean :) She asked me to walk around and let me know what I thought. They left no detail out! Everything was absolutely perfect! Even my husband noticed when he got home that the ceiling fans had been cleaned!!! She is amazing!!

I am thrilled with the work performed by Rosalina and her crew. I have had cleaning services in the past, and I hesitated to try again. I saw Rosalina's reviews on Angie's List and decided to give using a cleaning service another chance. I simply couldn't be happier! They arrive on time and get to work right away. Rosalina is also very open to take a moment to talk and listen to any specific instructions or requests I might have. Everything is so fresh and clean! And I must say, she and her crew do a much better job on the bathrooms than I do myself, and I am a very particular person about cleaning. Everything shines! They also do a particularly great job on the furniture top to bottom. Rosalina is very professional and also so pleasant. I get the feeling that is very important to her that you smile when you walk through your house and see the beautiful job. My husband works shift work and she is great about changing days and times to allow him time to sleep when he's on nights.

Rosalina and her crew arrived at my house on time. She went over what needed cleaned and said it would be an additional $20.00 due to the windows I wanted cleaned. I agreed. They started to work and within a half hour I heard glass being broken. I thought it was a window but it was one of the light globes from my ceiling fan. They cleaned it up and said they would go to Home Depot for a replacement. I knew it was unlikely they had a replacement for this light. It has three matching lights on the ceiling fan and they are uncommon. The next day I went to Home Depot and Lowe's and as I thought, they did not sell replacements for this light. They suggested I contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer said they were out of stock and would have the replacements in about a month. I just hope I get the replacement because otherwise, I will have to have the entire ceiling fan light replaced. They also missed cleaning quite a few places. One whole room did not look like it had been cleaned. I specifically wanted the blinds cleaned and they were not cleaned in all the rooms. At least one window was not cleaned either. Rosalina was very pleasant but I did not feel they were very careful or thorough.

Rosalina was recommended to us six to eight months ago and since then we have not even thought about using anyone else. Rosalina is the ultimate professional. She works with our complicated schedules to meet our changing needs - whether that is once every two weeks, once every three weeks or once a month. She arrives promptly. She and her team always bring smiles and pleasant personalities. She always finds something extra to add to her visit without our asking; sometimes its sweeping the backyard deck, sometimes sweeping the garage, sometimes cleaning the windows. When she leaves not only does the house look clean, but it smells clean! She never tries to "up-sell" anything. She never sends her team unaccompanied, she always leads the team. We could not ask for more.

Rosalinda is very pleasant. She brings all her own professional equipment but uses my cleaning supplies because I tend to be sensitive to some chemicals. She individualized the cleaning to meet my needs. I don't need anyone to change my bed linens, but I need to have all my blinds dusted and wiped and we have an end unit so we have a lot of windows. Through the years as we've moved around, I've used several cleaners or companies. When Rosalinda cleans our townhouse, it stays clean. I know that it is very easy to make a house look clean, but now our house is really clean.The afternoon sunlight doesn't show any steaks on the mirrors, and the kitchen floor seems easier to keep clean between her visits. I expect I will want her to help organize and clean extras now that I know how organized and capable she is .I feel that our home is in good hands and that it is being cleaned the way I would do it myself.

I am revising my review for Rosalina's Cleaning Service. After she read my previous review with my concerns, she contacted me and we were able to come to a positive resolution for our problem. I can respect a business owner, who is concerned with her client's feelings and needs. I never had a problem with the quality of work that Rosalina and her crew deliver, so I am happy that she is back in my home. I hope to have a longterm business relationship with Rosalina's Cleaning Services.

I was not home when she came for the cleaning. She called me when she was on her way to my home and then again when she left. I was truly surprised when I came home! I expected the norm, clean floors, tubs and showers, but she did an amazing job decluttering my home as well. I have had cleaning companies clean my home before but her attention to detail was amazing. The shoes in my closet were organized!!! That was a big plus for me. I look forward to our bi-weekly cleanings. Glad I found her.

Rosalina and her crew of three arrived promptly and went right to work. They cleaned two bathrooms upstairs, removing all soap film from the shower doors and cleaning the floors. Everything sparkled! Then they cleaned all of the downstairs, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning our wood floors. They made the windows on our french doors gleam. They spent about 2 and 1/2 hours on the job and were very careful of our statues and other breakable knickknacks. I will be having them come every two weeks. What a pleasure to meet Rosalina. I highly recommend her.

Rosalina is amazing! She is very professional and wonderful to work with. At our first visit she was very thorough and clarified what would be cleaned- she caught things other companies had missed in their estimates for instance dusting the air vents.Her estimate was much more reasonable than any other cleaning service that came out. She has been cleaning our home for a few months and each time does an exceptional job with obvious attention to detail. Everything is spotless (despite our cats and dog who shed a ton) and it is so nice coming home to such a clean home. She notifies me prior to each cleaning and is very responsive. I recommend her highly and am so happy we found her!

Rosalina and her team do great and expedient cleaning for us weekly. They are punctual, they are detailed-oriented and work without stop, and little interruption to our home business. The value of the service they provide for the cost is excellent. I highly recommend Rosalina and her team!

Rosalina is a gem. I have had several other cleaning services over the years, some long term, some for only a year, that could not seem to handle all the dusting required in the house. Granted we do have LOTS of items on shelves, etc. but all of the others accepted that prior to hiring, but just could not keep up. In addition, we have pets and she is very accommodating; there are two very heavy mattresses in our home that require linen changing that she also does without complaint. Our house looks and smells clean after she leaves and is a pleasure to come home to. If something goes wrong, she let's me know. When I have to miss a week or change a day, she is very flexible and easy to work with. If something is not done, I just let her know by leaving her a message and it's taken care of. I have been using her now for a few months and am more than pleased. I hope that it continues and I highly recommend giving her a try. She is thorough, honest and pleasant to deal with.

After first contact, Rosalina returned my phone message the same day. We arranged a pre- inspection appointment so Rosalina could see the size of the house and have an idea what to expect. We negotiated terms and price and set an appointment for a cleaning. The day of the cleaning appointment Rosalina arrived on time with her helper. She is very organized and immediately set up to get started. Rosalina and her helper were fast and efficient , as well as very friendly ,courteous and professional at all times. . I was doing some work on my lap top while they were cleaning and hardly noticed their presence. I was more then satisfied with their cleaning job. I have hired Rosalina to come on a regular basis and can highly recommend her.

Rosalina provides a wonderful and reliable cleaning service. She is a pleasure to work with as are the ladies on her staff. I have dogs and parrots and Rosalina does a great job working around them.

She is very responsive and on time. Before any appointment she makes sure to confirm the appointment with you. Rosalina bring all her supplies and equipment with her so you don't need to supply anything. It has been very pleasant working with her.

This is the second time Rosalinda has been out. I've started with a bi-weekly service. I couldn't be more pleased and wish I would have started this sooner. The house is spotless when I get home. Her pricing is fair and she is delivering beyond expectations. She is very pleasant to deal with and was very flexible arranging the first visit to discuss the job and pricing. I contacted Rosalina on a Sunday and she arrived the next evening to provide me with a quote. She arrived today for the first time and did a wonderful job. I can't find anything she left untouched. The house didn't only look clean it smelled fresh. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkle. I highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed.

I am a very picky person with high expectations, and I was very impressed with Rosalina’s Cleaning Service. In short, it was a very detailed cleaning by a trustworthy crew of three women that made my house look and smell great, for a reasonable rate! I have been thinking about getting a house cleaning service for several years now, but I was just not pleased enough with the overall reviews on the companies I had researched. I recently came upon Rosalina’s Cleaning Service on Angie’s List, during yet another search, and it appeared that she had all positive reviews that seemed legit. I decided to finally move forward, so I e-mailed Rosalina from her website and she responded very quickly to set up a day/time for a free estimate. She came on a Sunday to give us the estimate. She was kind and did not waste any time, just wanted to get an overall glimpse of the house and then quoted me a rate that I felt was fair (I have seen cheaper, but again, I was never impressed enough with the reviews). I e-mailed Rosalina the next day and informed her that we wished to proceed with the housecleaning on a monthly basis to start with, since I am so paranoid. She and two other women showed up right on time on the day scheduled, they were here for four hours, but this was because it was the first cleaning needing a really good once over. It will probably be closer to two hours for the next cleaning now that things are tackled. I would like to mention that my house is not too dirty, but there are things over time that are missed or just not kept up with, and these are things Rosalina was able to tackle with no problem; cobwebs, mirrors, baseboards, inside of the microwave, as well as all the major stuff such as floors, bathrooms, kitchen and vacuuming. My husband was very impressed that they cleaned the cup-holders in the home theatre seats. We will be having Rosalina for at least once per month, and maybe eventually twice per month. I highly recommend Rosalina’s Cleaning Service! My search is over.

Rosalina was very prompt and took her time to clean my home.

After she left, I spoke to my husband about having her service once a week, even though I didn't want to try out another service, she was the first (in a long time) and the last. The job that she did was amazing so I decided to cancel all of the other cleaning service providers I had appointments with in the following weeks mostly because of the job she did on the kitchen. I am a professional chef and can do some damage to a kitchen. Rosalina comes along every week and puts the kitchen back in it's original pristineness leaving me to only sanitize in accordance with HASSAP standards. She is wonderful. It's now the first week in January and our only cleaning service provider is Rosalina.
