Had a Groupon for 5 hours of cleaning/up to 3000 sf. I've got a 2200 sf house but bought the larger deal because I have kids and a pet. This was a treat for me as I am a mom with both a FT job and grad school, and I really wanted to the house to look as nice as it did when I used to have regular maid service. The crew was supposed to arrive between 2 and 6, called around noon and asked to come early but I wasn't home. They seemed annoyed that I wouldn't be there for 30 minutes, but I just figured they wanted to get home early like everybody else. The two ladies were polte (up until the last minute) and friendly. I gave them a quick tour and they got right to work, though they each did take phone calls outside during the cleaning period. They also broke a bottle of balsamic vinegar that was part of a display set and said I could claim the value, but I told them not to worry about it.  After they finished the bedrooms they asked me to look around while they cleaned the main floor. I was disappointed to see the work. My son's bed looked worse than when he makes it - the sheet hanging out and the blanket drooping into the underbed drawer. There were visible dustbunnies around the furtniture and walls. The rug in the master bedroom did not look like it had been vaccuumed at all, so I asked them to redo, It didn't look much better afterwards, so I didn't bother asking them to reclean anything else. Counters, floors, sinks, all looked like they had barely been touched and I already knew I was going to have to clean after them. Then they asked me for a $10 pet fee which I did not recall being advised of. They said they would get in trouble if I didn't pay it, so I asked them to have their manager call me to discuss. This ended with one of the employees literally screaming at me on my front porch that she was going to call the police and report me for theft of services. Really? Within five minutes of their departure I walked around the house taking photos of dirty floors, counters, the bed, the sink and emailed them to the company asking for a call to discuss. Instead I got a very rude email again threatening to report me to the police and collections over the ten dollars. After re-reading the confirmation email, I realized that I had missed the $10 pet fee and sent a check, so that part is my fault, but there was no need for the completely unprofessional reaction over a minor billing dispute.(I still don't understand why pet owners have to pay extra when they are billing by the hour - extra work should mean extra time, right? But they were gone before the five hours was up.) Long story short - poor cleaning, unprofessional employee, and rude manager with no concept of customer service. I didn't even get a "we're sorry you were dissatisfied, but,,," I would never, ever use this company again.

"Mrs. [removed member name], We was willing to fix any issues you had, you did not want us to fix those issues due to you do not want to pay the pet fee. The pet fee is for the filters, not all of our customer are pet lovers nor can be around pet so we have to change the filter out once we leave a home that as a pet. It not fair to people that do not like or can be around pets for them to pay for your pet? That why we charge a pet fee. Normally all places charge for a pet. Not sure why it a big deal in this case. Like I said we was willing to fix any issues you would not allow us."

I had a maid service previously and they always left my house smelling fresh, beds were made, and everything was spotless in 3 hours with two maids.  This was a new service that I purchased a deal off of and I could hardly tell that anyone was there.  They swept over everything where you could see they were dust spots left, the stairway was not dusted, I paid an additional fee for the insides of my windows to be cleaned and they were just swept through and they left 7 windows not cleaned.  I had to clean after they left.  I followed up with them and spoke to someone who said the team they had to my house had previous complaints and they would need to do something for me to make up for the lack of service.  I had to take time and take pictures of where the issues were and send them over (after I cleaned) and I have not heard back from them since. Overall, a bad cleaning service and a bad customer service experience.

Purchased Groupon which was reasonably priced. Then added window seal wiping service for $40.00 - ripoff.
The process of scheduling the service was excellent. They were very professional and used email and spoke English. That made the ordering process go smoothly without a hitch or misunderstanding.  The problem is in the service. The housekeepers were nice and arrived on time. But,  they didn't clean the laundry room at all (empty trash, wipe, mop floor).  Didn't clean the toilet in the powder room, didn't clean the bathtub in the master bath room (just wiped it so you can see some of the dirty tub ring), didn't scrub off stains on the cooktop, didn't wipe down the refrigerator (flour stains were still on the handle). 
Nice people with great professionalism on the phone, but horrible service. The worst I've ever had.

The team arrived on time, and were quite responsive to my critiques/feedback during the first 1.5 hours of cleaning.  If they missed a spot, they worked hard to resolve the issue.  However, they suddenly changed their demeanor at the 1.5 hour mark. At that point, they began cutting corners, missing spots, and not working as diligently as during their first 1.5 hours.  While I understood that they had an allocated amount of time to service my home, I also felt that they could have done a better job of managing their time during their first hour in my home.  Predictably, exactly 2 hours from the moment that they walked in the door, their team had made their way to the door and were ready to walk out.   In the end, I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail throughout the 2 hours, and would have been happier if they did a more consistent/thorough job of cleaning my home (rather than realizing that they were running out of time and then cutting corners to get the last bits completed).  I would probably use them again at the price I paid with the understanding that I would need to manage/monitor how they use their time.

Overall, the cleaning was very thorough. The ladies literally left no stone unturned. I will use them again without hesitation. They are true professionals and their pride shows through their work. It felt like walking into my house for the first time when the builder turned the key over to me. The "green" cleaning products they used did not aggravate my son's asthma which was a big plus. I would highly recommend them.
