Description of Work: Wes Stearns was our buyers agent. We happened to find him by accident, but are so glad we did. We had difficulties with our VA appraiser and Wes worked loong hours to get us to closing on time. We were so impressed we hired him to be our sellers agent.

+ -1 moreThe leasing agents there were extremely hard to get in touch with and would take forever to respond to simple email requests. They were good if something was immediately broken in the home, but other than that, if it could wait, it did. The price was fair for the time frame I rented, but I'm not sure if that is set by the owner or the leasing agent. They seem to have a very uncaring attitude about their customers (at least the renters). I was so unhappy with their service that when it came time to purchase my first home I decided not to use them as my realtors.
Description of Work: I rented a home for two years through MO Wilson Properties. They were the property managers and not the owners of the home.
