They're professional and friendly.

They are very good. They are there when they are supposed to be and I know that my lawn looks good so I am very happy.

This is the first time we have had "power seeding" done and it worked. Others have tried to "over seed" my lawn and it never produced grass. I sent the Lawn Doctor a thank you note because it was the first time it had looked so full and green with new grass. It was amazing. Preioulsy these areas he seeded were large bare spots and large areas with weeds. We haven't seen our lawn look this wonderful since we moved in.

I asked to set an appointment. Was told that they do not do that. I asked if the guy could come after 130pm since I will be home then. I come home to find that he had already been here. When I called them about this, hey had Gary call me back. When I said I wanted to walk the propirty with him, he said he didn't have time for that but he would do it for a charge of 25 dollars.That is when I got an Angies list and found someone better. I will never use this Lawn Doctor..

I hired the lawn doctor to reseed and fertilize the yard. He was here in March to fertilize. I was not home, and since the backyard is gated and locked, I don't know if he got in there to do what he said he did. He said he did the backyard, but when I asked him how he got in, he didn't remember. I was told in March he would be there in April to powerseed. Near the end of April, I called to see when he was going to do the seeding. He showed that day, against my wishes since I wanted to be there to watch. It was raining, I was gone from home for 2 hours, and when I returned, it was obvious that he had been there. The yard was full of ruts from his machine, the ground was too wet. There was mud in the driveway, seemed there was no attempt to clean up. I found out later that his machine broke my sprinkler system in 3 spots. I left a couple messages with him and got no return phone call. Not until I emailed him and told him not to come back, if he had planned on doing that, did I hear from him. He said he never got my messages. He said he was going to address the weed problem on the next visits, but I have no idea if that is true. He never told me what the plan was, or when he was coming back.

We have used this company for over twenty years. Gary Pierpont is very responsive. His rates are reasonable. He has made our yard one of the best on the block. He is dependable and worth every penny.

THEY WERE RECOMMENDED BY NEIGHBOR. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS JUST GREAT. I DEFINITELY LIKE THIS COMPANY.

THEY COME OUT ON A REGULAR BASIS (ABOUT QUARTERLY). I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPANY. THE REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS.

WE USED THEM FOR YEARS AND IT HAS DEFINITELY MADE AN ENORMOUS DIFFERENCE WITH OUR YARD. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY WERE ALSO VERY COURTEOUS. THEY COME OUT A COUPLE OF TIMES PER YEAR.

IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EVER PAID FOR LAWN CARE. I DON'T THINK THEY DID A BETTER JOB THAN I COULD HAVE DONE. IT LOOKED OK AND I WENT AHEAD AND PAID THEM FOR THE WORK ANYWAY.
