Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning

They were good and I have no complaints.

The carpets were much improved after the cleaning. Jeff called to say that he and his crew mate - Sean - could come early, which was fine for us. When they arrived they set up their cleaning equipment, sprayed the carpet with an enzyme cleaner and then used their rotary head, hot water cleaning unit. It did an excellent job of raising and cleaning the carpet pile. After using the cleaning head, they used a unit to clean all of the edges and carpet (across 4 levels). The effluent from the cleaning head was nearly black with the dirt it was picking up. The surface of the carpet was dry to the touch after about 8 hours, though it was a good 24 hours before it felt dry all the way through. Our previous experience was with a steam cleaner that soaked the carpets. They had to place floor fans around the carpet for over a day to help dry the very wet carpet. We will use them for future cleaning.

Started on time and my carpets are so clean

I have literally never had something like this happen to me before. We scheduled an appt for our move-out carpet cleaning, but in the midst of all of our moving chaos, realized the night before that the house would not be ready for the cleaning at noon the next day, when the appt was set. When I called and told March, the owner, that I needed to cancel, he immediately got an attitude and told me that "everyone always says that" and questioned whether I was ever going to call back to reschedule. I was taken aback by his question and attitude. Before I could respond he said, in a very forceful manner, "just tell me if you're never going to call back." After deciding that with his attitude I would, in fact, not be calling back, I told him, "no, I won't." When he asked why, I restated that our home would not be ready. He laughed and then said, "no really, why?" So I responded that it was his crappy attitude and hung the phone up. Not 5 minutes later, he called back and said, verbatim, "how are you going to call me at 8:00 on a Sunday morning and give me attitude? I know where you live an someone had better be there at 12:00!" I was floored. I immediately called the non-emergency police number to report the threat because I was worried that he may vandalize my property or belongings. Worst part is, before he turned into a crazy person, I had every intention of calling back to reschedule in a few days. He knew it was a move out cleaning. Everyone knows moving is hectic and can easily not go as planned. I strongly advise against inviting this angry man into your home. There are many, many other options out there and they won't threaten your life just for canceling.

Here's what my friend reported after contacting Kangaroo for a quote... " I made an appointment with Kangaroo (March?) to come here yesterday at 9:30 to give us an estimate, and if we liked it, to go ahead and clean our carpet and a couch. When March didn't show up by NOON, I called his cell phone and got a voice mail. I left a not very nice message...and he didn't return the call! I then arranged for Ayoub to come here next week."

They did a good job. They weren't here very long.

They did an excellent job, were very friendly and professional. I will definitely have them come back.

I spent $280 on their services. I will use their services again in the future.
