Company was hired to landscape the front yard flower bed area. They weeded, edged, added mulch and trimmed all the plants and bushes. This took about a day and when it was done it looked really good and has held up with minor weed pulling. They were also hired to do bi-weekly mowing of the yard. This started out good enough, but over the summer the quality of the cut, and the detail to edging became more and more sloppy. The last time they didn’t pay any attention to edging, if it was even done, there were high spots where they didn’t even mow, and where they did I could tell the path they took based on the high grass they didn’t get with each pass, and more aggravatingly the track marks that made the yard look like a 4x4 contest had taken place. I called to complain that day and was told the owner would come to check it out later that day or the next day, that to my knowledge never happened and I never got a call back. I called again three days after the initial call which no one answered or returned my message. The following money I left messages saying I was upset and I no longer wanted their services and that I wanted a response from them stating they understood that. Again no return calls. It will be interesting to see if they show up again, or what sort of bill they try to send. In sum, good company for single time jobs, for repeat service, not so much, and customer service, unacceptable. Due to that I wouldn’t recommend them.

Very professional service. The price was very reasonable for the service provided compared to very inflated prices I was quoted by others. They were prompt getting to the house in the morning and worked non-stop until the job was done later that day. The pace was not rushed and was not slow either. The semi circular stone wall around part of the flower bed turned out beautiful along with the rest of the work done by the crew. They trimmed all the shrubs to make everything look balanced. The first quote was for stone and rock that was basic and wasn't my taste; they gave me a website to choose what I liked. I chose the stone and rock that I really wanted, they were able to accommodate what I wanted and gave me exactly that. Everything just pops and curb appeal is definitely evident. I was very impressed with their work, and now I am using their weekly mowing service as well. Now I know who to call every spring to do yard cleaning/maintenance.

Good vendor.

The vendor was on time and did an outstanding job. I'm happy to report that great care was taken around the koi pond and, one week later, the fish have had no adverse reactions and neither has the landscaping/plants. The workers were friendly, polite, and professional. The work was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Just OK. I found their ad in a newspaper. On a Sunday, I requested a Tuesday 5:00 p.m. appointment to get a quote on their leaf removal services. They called my home on Monday(and left me a message)to see if they could come to give me an estimate on the same day. If I had wanted them to come on Monday, I would have requested so. They never showed up on Tuesday, so I never called them back. On Sunday, they showed up at my home ready to give me an estimate. They quoted us $140 and my husband said yes. My husband explained that no leafs were to blown into the creek(because this is a Chesapeake Bay tributary)and that the leaves should be left a the curb. They did a fine job blowing the leafs in the front of the house to the curb. However, they tried to take the easy way out and wanted to leave the leafs on the backyard all pilled up a the end of our property(into parkland). I had to tell them that we did not wish to have the leafs left at the bottom of the property, but that ALL leafs had to be brought up to the curb-yes, we know that it is a big hill, that is why we hired someone to do it. At my request, they brought most of the leafs to the curb. Some of the leafs that they had tried to leave pilled up between the end of our property and the creek could not be retrieved. If this company is a "landscaping" organization, they should know that excess leaves should not be dropped into any waterway. Plus, they should know not to drop the leafs from one property into Parkland.
