Description of Work: They have resized two gold rings, and enlarged a diamond tennis bracelet by adding a gold bar. They have also tested old gold and bought some old jewelry that I wanted to sell. They also did a minor repair on a brass church candle for me, at no charge.

 + -1 moreThe first time I brought it in the work was perfectly done. The diamond was re mounted and the ring looked amazing. The second visit (a few years apart I should mention) was not as smooth. I brought the same ring back for a break in the band itself and also paid for an overall tightening up of the smaller diamonds as well as the primary diamond. While the break was fixed nicely, a week or two later I noticed that several of the smaller diamonds were missing. This was strange to me as I just paid to have everything tightened up. I brought the ring back and after some back and for the, JBD took the ring back and replaced the missing diamonds.
Description of Work: on 2 separate occasions I brought my wife's wedding ring in for repair. first occasion, was because the diamond fell out of its mount and the second was for a break in the band.

 + -1 moreThey did an absolutely excellent job of replacing the prongs and cleaning my ring. The stones were shining like when I first received it over 25 years ago. It was also reasonably priced for the work that they did which was a very pleasant surprise. I would highly recommend them and trust them completely with my jewelry.
Description of Work: I needed the prongs on my Mother's ring replaced as the ring is rather old and the prongs had bent. I was afraid of losing the birthstones of my kids.
