Description of Work: Hyland said they would clean the gutters in about two weeks because they were very busy. They called back in about a week to confirm the date they would arrive and called again on that date to give me an estimated arrival time. They showed up on time, did a good job and were courteous.

Description of Work: Bought coupon for gutter cleaning. Owner called same day after I bought it and was able to schedule for a few days later. He came by promptly when he said he would and was very efficient and thorough. He cleaned extensive portions by hand in order to not blow the debris on our ponds. Recommended gutter covers, which we will probably have him estimate in the fall.

Description of Work: The price was great. Can't remember exactly what I paid but it was low. But they never called to say when they were coming and just showed up while I was out. They also left piles of wet leaves all over our landscaping and in our window wells. They accomplished the goal or removing the leaves from the gutters but I would have expected notice and a little neater job.

Description of Work: I took advantage of the $99 Big Deal to have my gutters cleaned. At first there was some difficulty in communications and setting up a date, presumably because they were overwhelmed with Big Deal-takers. Once we got on track with timing, everything went smoothly and they even cleaned the gutters on my detached garage for no additional cost.
