Description of Work: They did fall cleanup. I needed someone to bag leaves. Their company wanted customers to get leaves to curb and then they removed them. For more money, they did bring backyard leaves to the curb. I was able to do the front yard.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $99 for gutter cleaning. As far as I can remember, he was very nice, they did a good job, and I had no complaints.

Description of Work: Jim returned my call within 24 hours and stated that because of the adverse weather, primarily rain, they were working on an approximate week to 10 day backlog. Image my surprise when they arrived within the promised timeframe. Jim was both fast and professional. I will definitely use him for the spring and fall gutter cleaning.

Description of Work: pretty straight forward; used angie;s list coupon, Hyland used the messaging/email application & communicated all electronically with setting dates/times & needs (of the customer). The gutter cleaning was just basic cleaning/flushing the system. Completed the job very short period of time/fast. Work can be completed w/out owner/tenant being home,if need be.

Description of Work: Our gutters needed cleaning and there was a special offered by Angies List so we picked Hyland. A report on Angies List did say that these folks may take a few days to respond because it was during the busy season when there was a lot of rain and they had many calls to make. | |They responded by email within 24 hours of my order to AL. Said they were backlogged but maybe a week or two later, they called to say they could come on a Saturday because they were working in the neighborhood. That didn't work for me because I had barbecue plans and they came three or four days later. | |The owner, Jim, was very thorough and took the time to explain what was being done. I like it when contractors don't act like you are wasting their time when you have questions and requests. He examined areas near the gutters to check for potential leakages and then went to caulk and cover to prevent rain from seeping in. Some nails were sticking out of the gutters and he took care of that. He even obliged me with my request to check if my roof was ok while he was up there. They did a very good clean-up of the gutters and I was satisfied with the level of professionalism and standards of cleaning. At the end he took time to report to me on the condition of the gutters, and drainpipes etc. | |Plan on using them when I need my gutters cleaned again. Definitely would recommend them to others. Good job! |

Description of Work: Hyland promptly contacted me about cleaning our gutters. I wasn't home when they came to do the work so I can't speak to their punctuality. They did a great job and left the prepaid invoice along with a note from the technician bringing to my attention that the attic fan wasn't working. |They did a great job and we'll certainly use their services again.

Description of Work: There was very good communication via email, quick and thorough. The gutters were in very bad shape and the work was done professionally and with minimal fuss. We will definitely use Hyland in the future, but before the gutters get too bad!!
