A locally owned family business that is fully licensed and insured, Hyland Home Services specializes in complete gutter care to include cleaning, installation, cover systems and repairs. We also perform exterior, power washing, painting, wood rot/roof repair and deck staining/restoration. Inside the home, we also provide painting and drywall repair. During the Fall Season, we perform some limited leaf removal. We welcome you to contact us for any such related work. Our standards are exceptionally high and we have been consistently recognized by Angie's List customers for providing superior service at competitive rates.

Description of Work: The provider became irate when I asked to pay by credit card. Since a card was not accepted I scheduled the work elsewhere. Provider seemed to believe that because I asked for a quote that I was required to use his services.

The customer returned a signed contract to perform the work and we scheduled a space on our calendar. She initially indicated that she wanted the work done even if we did not accept credit cards. In a follow up call when not hearing back from her we inquired about the work and she indicated she found someone else without any courtesy call back. Obviously we were not happy. We simply said thank you and hung up. There were no raised voices or disrespect shown. This review is false and misleading and nearly a year after the event. The proposed work was NOT gutter cleaning but the installation of gutter covers, power washing and deck resurfacing.

Description of Work: I called Jim to Hyland to inquire about power washing my house. Jim came by to look at my house because I mentioned that the flashing was unusually dirty. He said that he could treat it with some bleach or oxi-clean. He wasn't able to get all of the dirt off on the first try so he came back to treat it one more time and the second time which was successful.
