Jim Hyland answered by request to clean & repair gutters same day. He was prompt professional and did a great job. I was very pleased.

We had an initial miscommunication in getting a date set up - Jim and I went back and forth a little. However, once that was nailed down, Jim was punctual and very professional. He took care of the gutter cleaning quickly and cleaned up after himself. He also provided us a quote for the installation of gutter shingles (as we had requested). Overall, a very good experience and we'd use him again.

We were searching for companies who cleaned gutters, and Hyland popped up with a special coupon deal. Never having used this feature through Angie's before, I called Jim Hyland to see how it would work as far as scheduling a time. Within half an hour he returned my call and arranged to come out the same day as he was in the area. We have a fairly wooded lot with a number of very ambitious birds who use our gutters for their practice nests, so I was certain there would be a great deal of debris to clean out. Jim performed the work while we were out, and we were pleasantly surprised to see everything done, the huge mess removed, our deck washed clean and the front walkway pristine. He left a receipt, informational sheet and business card in an envelope on our door. We would use Jim again and would absolutely consider him for other services. Very professional.

Tremendous job! Found Jim Hyland on Agies List while looking for help in gutter cleaning and maintenance. He and his son did such a great job with the gutter work, I invited him out again to tackle a long list of exterior cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks on our large, 3-level house. For both visits, he provided accurate estimates up front, arrived as scheduled, worked diligently, and completed promptly. Second visit turned into a three-day project due to the extensive list of items. Jim is superbly professional. Communicates clearly, listens and works hard to meet your needs. Will offer sound suggestions without ever pressing. Performs each job thoroughly and carefully, as if your home were his own. Very, very pleased! In fact, I now have some deck restoration and additional trim work queuing up for him in near future!

We hadn't used Hyland Services before, but took advantage of the Angies List deal. After I purchased the deal, I contact the company. I was pleasantly surprised to get a return call from Mr. Hyland only a few hours later. He was very curteous and provided a date the work would be done, which was only a few days later. I came home the day of the service and found a copy of our receipt and a brochure. The gutters look very clean, and I saw no debris leftover. In fact, I think the technician left the surrounding grounds cleaner than he/she found it. The company was very professional and prompt. A nice bonus was that the price couldn't be beat!

Bought Hyland's gutter special for $99 on a Thursday, and was booked for the following Monday. Jim and crew arrived on schedule, cleaned the gutters in about a half hour, left no mess or debris, and put a receipt on the door. Jim could not have been nicer, too. Highly recommended!

Mr. Hyland is very professional, with a pleasant demeanor, and more importantly, has perfected his craft. He was working on another project when I decided to hire him. Mr. Hyland goes above and beyond his call of duty to ensure that his client is very happy with every aspect of the project. If you are not completely satisfied with everything, he goes out of his way to correct it. He took his time and kept me apprised of any additional problems he may have encountered. His prices are very competitive and I definitely plan to hire him again for future projects.

Extremely satisified with the work performed. Mr. Hyland was responsive to phone calls and promptly returned calls, scheduled service (pending weather conditions), discussed paint colors, and showed up as scheduled to begin work. I was not home but I was overcharged! I spoke to the person that recommended this person, come to find what charged me was the cost people paid for deck and siding cleaning. I was ripped off!

Jim did an AMAZING job! He arrived on time and was extremely thorough. We just purchased a foreclosed home that had been vacant for several months, so needless to say the gutters were packed. He worked non-stop for 6 hours on the power washing and made sure that he didn't miss a single inch. He was extremely professional and put a lot of pride in his work. We will definitely hire him again when we need our gutters cleaned and house power washed again. Great job!

Jim was pleasant, prompt, polite. He worked with his son on our large 3-story home. They did an excellent job removing moss, staining, dirt, etc. They were here at least 10 hours.

Contacted Hyland by telephone. He gave me a price range and said that he would call if it was going to be more once he actually saw the house. Made appointment for 2 days out. He arrived as scheduled cleaned gutters, cleaned up the mess and left bill on the door. No suprises!

After a search of Angie's List, we found Hyland Home Services had good reviews and was located reasonably nearby. Mr. Hyland was able to come out the same day we called and did an excellent job for us. He cleaned the gutters, rinsed the debris off the side of the house and while he was here pushed in a screen that was coming loose from one of the upstairs windows. All of the debris was cleaned up and we are very pleased with the results. He was thorough, professional and worked quickly. The job was done in about an hour and a half. We will definitely call him again.

I called on a Monday, received a return phone call the following day, saying that he would be there by Friday, which he was. Mr. Hyland was very professional and cleaned the gutters and downspouts in a vey safe and efficient manner. He was very helpful and is going to provide me with an estimate for restoring my 25 year old deck.

He did a first-rate and thorough job. I also appreciated that he put things back where he found them (e.g., our garden hose) and cleaned up all of the debris. Quite a bit of the work needed to be done by hand on ladders. I also asked him for an estimate on a protection system and he did a good job explaining to me why our shingles impeded access to the gutters in a way that needs to be addressed. Polite, personable, punctual, and fastidious, he was a a complete professional who inspired confidence.

I called Mr. Hyland to request service by phone. They scheduled me for a couple days later. I did not need to be home for the work to be done. Work was performed well with the exception of the bags noted above.

called Hyland Home sevices to clean the gutters. They said they would be here within 5 days. they came within the 5 days (2), and did an great job, making sure water flowed through all gutters after cleaning. They also provide a good price. I would recommand them and will use them again next year.
