Very easy to make an appointment. He showed up on time and performed the work thoroughly and quickly and cleaned up when he finished.

I contacted Mr. Hyland immediately after I purchased the Angie's list deal. We are expecting a baby and had a bit of a time constraint of when the room needed to be painted by. Mr. Hyland replied within 24 hrs. stating that he was not available on the date that I had requested and that I could contact Angie's list to get my money back if I wanted. I responded by asking him when his first available appt. was. He told me it was that following Thursday and that worked with our schedule. He called and emailed to confirm the appt. the day prior. I was at work when he showed up to paint, however according to my nanny, he did show up on time. I came home from work to find the room almost finished. The quick inspection I did appeared that the paint job looked well done. Mr. Hyland stated that he should be done in about 45 mins. True to his word, he cleaned up and left our house within the hour. The next day when my husband and I got a chance to inspect the job, we noticed that there was quite a bit of paint stains on the carpet in the bedroom. We wish Mr. Hyland had used a drop cloth on the carpet, so the paint would not of stained the carpet. There also were a several areas where more paint should of been applied, particularly on the edges where the ceiling meets the wall. However for the price that we paid, we certainly were not dissatisfied. I presume he did what time allowed. Perhaps next time, he could use a drop cloth to avoid us having to pay a carpet cleaner to clean the carpet. Overall, we were generally pleased with the work performed and we would hire the company again.

We set up the appointment and came home to find our gutters cleaned and everything set as planned. It was very simple to setup and easy to get done. Now we don't have water rushing over the sides and the gutters once again work as designed.

The work was done professionally, quickly and efficiently. Will use this company again for future work.

After leaving a message requesting an appointment, I was contacted the same day for scheduling. Because of bad weather and the holidays, scheduling was somewhat behind; however, I was contacted and notified of backlog and provided a timeframe for when to expect his arrival. Mr. Hyland was extremely thorough and professional. He inspected his work to ensure water was running freely throughout. I will use this company again and will recommend to my family and friends as well.

We purchased a coupon for $99 for a whole-house gutter cleaning. Hyland Homes did not come out at the exact time they projected, but they did call to re-schedule, which I appreciated. They don't enter the home at all, just work outside, so we were not required to be home. They left a receipt in my door, but were otherwise invisible (no footprints, no damage to my gardens or lawn). I would use them again for this service.

This is the second time we have used this company for gutter cleaning. Excellent service. Mr. Hyland performed the work personally. Leaves from gutters were removed from the yard. I would not hesitate to recommend this company, and will very likely be using them for other work in the future.

Selected company after comment reviews on Angie's List. Placed a call for service and left a voice mail with request for gutter cleaning services. Received a follow up call within 48 hours of initial service request. Mr. Hyland arrived for the job on the appointed date and time. From beginning to end of the service call to my home, Mr. Hyland exhibited professionalism and completed the gutter service with efficiency and to my satisfaction.

Service was prompt, within a few days of phone call. Mr. Hyland was professional and efficient, cleaned up all debris that fell on porch and front steps. Excellent job.

Left voice message on 11/19/2012, was told I would be put on the schedule for the next three days. He showed up on 11/23/2012 to clean the gutters.

He cleaned the gutters on the old house, not the new one as requested.

Mr. Hyland arrived on time. He cleaned the gutters, and at my request , cleaned my skylight. He did a great job in cleaning the gutter and was very thorough in clean up the debris. He was very personable. The price for the gutter cleaning was very reasonable.

It was a great experience, I just purchased the service online and within days the service was complete. No hassles. Highly recommended.

I was concerned that my gutters were clogged with the leaves in full fall mode, and post a heavy rainstorm. I was calling around different contractors, hoping to pay as little as possible, since this was already the 2nd time this year I was cleaning the gutters. I was going out of town for most of October and really wanted to get this done before I left. It was short notice, but when I called Hyland, Jim was great. He said he was in a nearby area, could he stop by and give me an estimate? It was the end of the day and he was very nice and patient. He ended up doing the cleaning right then and there. I was very concerned that he was not usinjg a snake or washing with water to clear out the drainspouts. It was the first time anyone cleaning the gutters would be using a leaf blower, but Jim did a wonderful job and actually cleaned up not only the leaves he blew on the ground, but probably a lot of what had already fallen. He cleared off my deck, which I know I had not cleared off. Jim was very professional and answered every question of mine with a smile. I would definitely use this company again.

I found a deal on Angies List (2 painters for 8 hours for $450) and made the purchase. Then contacted this company to schedule an appointment. They were very responsive and I was very happy to receive my desired date for service. The arrival time was just as promised and they worked the entire time without lunch. I found it very hard to believe they could not complete at least one of two 10x10 and one 12x14 vaulted ceiling bedrooms (ceiling did not need painting). I was very disappointed they started in all three rooms and left them in such a manner when I was expecting the arrival of my holiday guests in less than one week. Based on my observation, experience was lacking especially the younger worker. Their service did not meet my expectations and the money I attempted to save by using their deal turned out to be a complete waste. I simply purchased another deal from Angies List from a company I used last year and they cleaned up Hyland Home Services mess in less than 6 hours. I'm not upset they could not complete all three bedrooms in eight hours (even after my husband and I moved the furniture and removed all outlet/electrical switch covers prior to their arrival) but I am upset they did not work in one room at a time. A true professional would not have made such a poor decision. I gave this company a grade "F" for price when it costs me more money to hire another company.

Very convenient as I did not have to be home to have the service performed. Mr. Hyland left a bill and I marked payment.

Jim was prepared to defer service at my request and scheduled the appointment as soon as I was ready. He did a GREAT job including clearing the deck and front path of leaves. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be calling him for another service in the Spring.

Mr. Hyland was very polite and professional, came when he said he'd be here. He gave us his opinion on work we'll need in the future, without pressuring us into having it done immediately. Good experience, we'd use him again.

I contacted Mr. Hyland for an estimate and he came to my house the very next morning. I appreciated that he was able to fit me in so soon. His estimate was comparable to others I had received.

We had an issue where water was spilling out of the gutter over our deck. The service was done about two weeks before Hurricane Sandy and there were no issues with the gutters during the storm. They were responsive, the price was reasonable, and the did the work on time. I would recommend Hyland to anyone looking for gutter cleaning services.

I was not there for the service. I arranged the date and address where the work was to be performed via telephone. Mr. Hyland was very nice on the phone and told me that he would have the work done within three days. I advised the tenant they did not have to be home as the work being done was outside. The tenant advised when it was completed and said everything was neatly done and everything cleaned up. Mr. Hyland mailed me the confirmation/receipt of the work being done along with some information regarding gutter guards. I'm very happy that everything went smoothly.

Called in morning in view of upcoming storm. Complete by afternoon.
