The best service ever. Arrived when he said he would and completely cleaned the horribly clogged gutters on our large home. He even went back around a second time to check everything! His fee was only $200 when another company had quoted $350. We ended up giving him another $50 because we felt so badly that the job was so huge. He didn't ask for any additional compensation nor did he complain about the size of the job. He was friendly and smiling. We'll DEFINITELY use him from now on as long as we're in this house.

After we bought the deal, we contacted Jim. He was very busy. He told us that he would do our gutter next time he was doing gutters in the area. Within a week, we came to our house and did the work as agreed. Gutters are clean and there is no sign of overflow which was showing before. We are satisfied with his work and would use his services again.

It went very well. Mr. Best was efficient and thorough. He explained what he was doing during the process. Afterwards, Mr. Best checked all the gutters with running water from the hose to make sure that the gutters were completely clear.

Jim was prompt and professional, and i did not feel his estimate was unreasonable, but we went with a cheaper bidder. we'll see how that goes.

I made the purchase through and Angie's List Big Deal, and got in contact with Hyland immediately. They responded that they would be out to clean our gutters sometime that week. They were there within 2 days. My husband was home, and met Jim Hyland. He said he was incredibly friendly and professional. The work they did was exactly what we needed - and I think has saved our basement from leaks! We were very impressed and will be signing up to work with Hyland on a quarterly basis. Couldn't be more pleased!.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and it was great. He did my gutters timely, efficiently and we communicated. So I sent him an email saying I needed a new roof on my shed and did not hear back so I resent it. He responded, saying he got the email and would be back in touch with me, but I have not heard a thing. That was weeks ago.

Jim was pleasant, responsible and friendly. I will use this company again.

He cleared gutters, but did not clean all of the downspouts so water was gushing on my deck. When I called he said would return but wanted to charge another $75 to clean the gutters again. When I checked the gutters and there was nothing in them. I was able to dislodge the clog in the downspout myself.

I received a return phone call in less than 24 hours and our gutters were cleaned the next day. Very responsive and would use again.

They took a couple of extra days to schedule due to the volume of calls but came out as expected and did a great job bagging and carrying away all waste. Workers cleaned debris from the driveway and back porch leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. I will use them again next year.

This is the second year we have called upon Mr. Hyland to clean our gutters and once again he did a fantastic job. He is polite, professional and gets right to work. This has been a busy time with all the rain and we had a bumper crop of maple tree seeds that clogged our gutters and were causing them to overflow. We will most certainly call him again and would recommend his services.

Hyland Home Services did an excellent job painting the exterior of my home. They were very reasonable in their pricing and very thorough in their work. They were very neat and did a great clean-up job. Very professional. Jim Hyland is easy to work with and responsive to any questions you may have. I was very happy that I chose them to paint my house.

Everything went well. Mr. Hyland did an excellent job.

Mr. Hyland arrived early and he worked all day. My gutters were in awful shape. Plants were growing in some areas of the gutters. Mr. Hyland did more than clean the gutters....he power washed them!!! He also power washed our lawn furniture which made the furniture look completely new. Mr. Hyland made the entry to our home look really nice by power washing the walkway to our front door, and he removed an old address plaque and installed a new address plaque. He worked tirelessly all day (from 10a.m. to 6p.m.), and he did a very careful and thorough job. I look forward to working with Mr. Hyland again.

Mr. Hyland answered my e-mails promptly, and had the service done within a week. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

I emailed my deal confirmation with my address and it was done within the 5 days, as promised without any surprise extra costs. I didn't even have to be home for it. Couldn't have been any easier.

He was on time, very professional and provided requested information on additional repairs. I would recommend his company to anyone with clogged gutters and will use him again in the Fall

Super job! Restoration of a deck & porch that were badly in need of some TLC. Jim Hyland and his crew worked carefully, thoroughly, and diligently to get the job done in excellent fashion and promptly in spite of some weather-related scheduling challenges. I'd used Jim on a couple of occasions before, so was familiar with his level of professionalism. The extra help he brought with for this larger job were no less meticulous. All very professional in what they did, cleaned up behind themselves as they went, and left work areas tidy at end of each day. Excellent communication throughout. Very pleased!
