It was just fine. They were very good. I like that I left a message and they called back and said that if did need to talk to them, they would just come back within a week whenever they could do it and they did it pretty quickly. I didn’t have to do much which I like.

Given the contractors backlog and the weather, I did have to wait a little longer than expected. But, they did a great job. I was pleased with their work and would recommend their services to others.

I contacted the company by email. Within 24 hours, we had set tentative times for the job. I was not home when the gutters were cleaned...came home to find the job done and a note on my door. The men cleaned the gutters and carried away al the debris. I could not be happier with this company.

That turned out just fine. Two employees came out and it took them about an hour or two. This was done on a 2 story home.

I called them to make an appointment and they said they would come out when they had a few jobs in my area. Shortly after that my husband and I came home and the gutters were cleaned out, all of the debris was removed, and our driveway (which had a lot of leaves on it) was clean. Imagine our surprise. Even though we didn't get to meet the workers they did a great job and I'd use them again.

I called Jim for gutter cleaning service, attracted by his $99 special. He did not give me a specific time and would come at his convenience. One day he called and said the work was done and left an invoice at doorstep. Without a big ladder, I have no clue how the clean the gutter is now. However, I do notice there are visible leaves sticking out of the gutter.

Cleaned gutters, did a good job and left without a trace!

Service performed well and on time. A little challenging to get the service day scheduled, but most gutter cleaners in the area were backed up with orders due to weather.

They are excellent. They showed up, did the job, and he was real polite. The job got delayed a little bit because of the weather, but he kept in touch with us the whole time. They sent 2 guys out to do the job. They did the job while we were not there, and he said that they would be done in about 30 minutes to an hour.

The service was good. I have used them a couple of times. The price was okay. I would use them again in the future.

Second time I've used these guys for gutter cleaning. The goods are that they will get the job done and leave little to no mess. The only challenge is that, like most gutter cleaning services, they don't work by appointment - more driven by whenever they have enough jobs in the cue to make it worth a trip out your way. It's also tough to actually communicate with them - you end up playing phone tag a little if you need to communicate back and forth. That said, they did exactly what I asked them to do - which was clean out my gutters.

They were very courteous, and they provided an excellent service.

Jim was very professional and cleaned very well when he was finished. I was home when he arrived, but had to leave, so he left the invoice in the mailbox. This always makes me a little nervous since there are so many untrustworthy contractors, but I was pleasantly surprised when I came home later that day and saw what a great job he did. I highly recommend.

Called them and tried to schedule them later, but they came earlier than expected. Service was good otherwise.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I didn't pay any additional. They cleaned up everything and took it away.

They did a good job and also got the leaves off the roof. Best of all, I didn't have to be home and they left a receipt in the door so I knew they were there. It took a little while to schedule, but they had a small backlog because of a storm. Highly recommend.

I had put the order in online for the $99.00 special and then the weather got really bad. I had requested service as soon as possible. They responded and said they would get out here as soon as possible. I responded and said I understood the weather was bad, snow, cold and rain and I would appreciate whenever they could get out. They came out and saw that they would have to charge us more than the special because the roof construction did not allow for them to walk on it, I was not home so they left and contacted me for approval of the price from $99 to $175. I approved it and then we got yet more bad weather. They came out did the job, did a really good job. Did not leave leaves in bad places or leave a mess. There were quite a few leaves piled on an upstairs balcony. They also removed those which I really appreciated. They later billed me for the remaining $76.00. I will use them for the other types of work they do in the future as well as the very important gutter cleaning because water will enter my basement if the gutters are full!

I actually had called about 4 weeks earlier, and owner, Mr. Hyland, said he would get to me, as soon as the weather improved, and he got caught up. It took a little longer than I wanted, but he always returned my phone calls, and went out of his way to get to us, just before a snowstorm hit. He stayed almost 3 hours on the job, and did it throughly. He actually is in another city, Woodbridge, and we are in Stafford, so it was difficult to get over to us. We found Hyland Home Services to be very competent, and professional. We appreciated the work they did for us, at a bargain price, and for always returning our calls.

They were pretty good and did the work quickly. They came in, did the gutter cleaning, and they were in and out before I knew they were even there.

Everything went well, but they were very backed up so it took a couple weeks for them to get out and do the work.

Cleaned our gutters. The shape of our roof made the cleaning of the gutters a little tricky but they stuck to the agreed upon special offer price. Mr. Hyland also pointed out problem areas with our roof and suggested we look into replacing it. He is not a roofer so he was not trying to drum up business but was just making us aware of the problem. we will definitely use Hyland Home Services again.
