I hired Hyland Home Services to clean our gutters. They did a great job. They arrived on time, were very courteous and respectful, and they did a very thorough job of cleaning our gutters. Our mesh gutter covers weren’t working effectively anymore, so they removed them for us during the cleaning process. I would definitely recommend their services, and I plan to use them again in the future.

Jim Hyland and his son came on the date and time agreed upon. They were professional and friendly and the job was done quickly and effeciently.

I cannot emphasize how well the project went with Jim. He finished an extensive repair in less time than quoted AND under budget despite the damage exceeded the original scope! There are a lot of choices out there for contractors, but Hyland Home is as good as they get!

Jim and his son did an excellent job for us with power washing the roof, gutter, and fascia. They also cleaned the front portion of the siding and windows without charging me extra for it. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I thought their quotes were very reasonable.

Mr Hyland has cleaned our gutters for a number of years. We have a large home, and after an initial run of inadequate gutter clean-outs from other companies, we were happy to find Mr Hyland. He and his team have no fear of getting up on the roof. They take their time and clean and rinse out the gutters. Also, he will repair any issues along the way, instead of ignoring and telling us we need to schedule another appt for repair. When we decided it was time to have the exterior repaired and painted, Mr Hyland was our first choice, as we knew we could trust him to be professional and thorough. He and his team did not disappoint. Mr Hyland worked around late fall weather to help us get the exterior of our home painted and repaired. They repaired wood rot on the eaves and trim around garage doors. They painted all the eaves, windows, the front porch and pillars, our back screened porch( inside and out), and the deck railing. Mr. Hyland also worked with us on the color of our window shutters and front door; and was most patient and helpful as were went back and forth on the color. Most of the work was up on a ladder. They were great about cleaning up as they went. We were not home the majority of the time, yet we were confidant in our trust that Mr Hyland and his team were caring for our home. It is almost a year since the work was done, and the painting job still looks fresh. Highly recommend Mr Hyland and his team.

Hyland Home Services just cleaned the gutters and removed the debris off my roof. They have done this for me a few times before. Not only was I happy with their work, I felt comfortable having them do the work when I wasn’t there. All they needed was to be able to use my hose. When I got home the job had been done. There wasn’t a trace that they had been there. They did not leave a mess and the hoses were all coiled up. The house looks so much better with out the fallen sticks on the roof and debris hanging out of the gutters. The price was very reasonable. Now I only need to remember to ask them to make arrangements for them to come next fall. Thank you Jim!

Nice guys and nice work on painting but troubles with completing the work within original agreement timeframe and cost - which led us to stop work on any further painting for the project.

Great! This company is very easy to communicate with in setting up services, and very accommodating when I need a specific appointment time. I don't get up on a ladder to look into my gutters when they are done, but based on gutter performance they seem to do a very good job. They clean up the sidewalk/yard/deck well afterwards too. We've hired them multiple times for gutter cleaning, always goes well.

Second year using Hyland. Will contract again. Have recommended to neighbors.
