Alll work was performed in a professional and efficient manner. We have used Hyland Home Services on several occasions and they never disappoint. Jim Hyland is easy to work with and returns calls in a timely manner. This is a very professionally run business!

The job was done within the time promised. The contractor (Jim Hyland) was very cordial throughout the job. We are very happy. The price for the job was very reasonable and completed professionally.

All work was performed perfectly and on time as was promised me. In addition, upon my seeing a water stain on the ceiling of our garage which I brought to the attention of this contractor, he took it upon himself to see if this might be caused by a roof leak. To do this, he took my garden hose and went up on the roof and sprayed it. In doing so, he was able to assure us that the stain I saw in the garage was not as a result of a water leak from the roof. He did not charge anything additional for doing this service.

They cleaned our gutters. I know, not an exciting review, but we'd use them again.

The service we received from Hyland Home Services was of excellent quality. The crew gave us a date, arrived on time every day and completed the job on time. The crew power washed the whole house and deck the first day and then painted all the wood trim and cement areas in about a day and a half. I didn't know the color paint that was currently on the house and Mr. Hyland did an excellent job matching the new paint with the current paint. I received quotes from two other companies and Mr. Hyland gave us the best price. Our house looks brand new again and we will definitely use Hyland Home Services again for future projects.

This was my second time using Hyland's services and we are very pleased with their quality and professionalism. They were initially booked so I got a quote from a company who was not nearly as courteous, and they wanted a bit much for the job. (Now they're pestering me to book them...annoying spam and phone calls!!) I look forward to hiring Hyland in the future, as the leaves are too big a job for me! I would highly recommend their work!!

It went okay. He cleaned them well but charged $75 more because our house was 3000 sqft. That seemed a little high.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for $99 gutter cleaning for a town home. I provided three dates I was available for service. Hyland acknowledged my order and advised that they were busy. As those dates came and went, I heard nothing from the provider. After two and a half weeks of radio silence, I emailed them through Angie's List and requested they provide a date of service or a refund. They came out the next day. They did a good job, the gutters are clean.

Quality service at good price. Ordered the service on 6/1/14, vendor claimed to be caught up by that weekend. Did not hear anything for over ten days until after I reached out on 6/15. Vendor was likely backed up due to promotion deal, but was quick to respond to inquiries. I would definitely consider their service in the future if the rate is close to their promotion deal. Their work was fast and thorough. My gutters are draining wihtout issue over two months past service date.

Even after not having any maintenance done for four years, the deck looks brand new. With the heavy rains we had earlier in the week, I can say that the gutters are working good as new too. The deck is approximately 1,000 sq/ft and we have about 300 ft of gutters, so it was not a small job.

I purchased the services as a "deal" online. He supposedly cleaned my gutters and downspouts when no one was home. They left receipt on front door. There was no debris in the yard at all. Several weeks later during a heavy rain the gutters were overflowing. I've lived here for 5 years and never had a problem until this Spring. I suspect either the work was not done or wqs done very poorly. I left a voice mail for Mr. Hyland and never heard back from him.

I watched a competitor clean my neighbors gutters, they literally went up on the roof with leaf blowers and blew the contents of the gutters all over the side of the house, flower beds, etc. In contrast, I didn't even know Hyland had come and gone. They do a great job and leave your property cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend these guys and plan on using them again next year.

The owner showed up to provide the service himself. He did a great job and even provided information for other services (he did not push the additional services but merely provided information). He did such a great job I also purchased gutter cleaning for another property. Highly recommend this provider and will contact him for future services.

The gentleman that provided the service was courteous, professional, prompt and very quick to get the work done. It was a very busy time for him (as he reported), and he came on a weekend due to having a high volume of requests. He didn't even complain when I asked if he could do the porch roof as well (of course I would pay), and he didn't even let on that he was annoyed! ;-) All in all, we were very satisfied with the service and attention to detail. I forgot to put in a review, so "better late than never".... I hope to use their services again in the future....near future!!

This provider did a nice job of what they were hired to do which was clean the gutters. My gutters seem to work much better with the heavy summer rains that we sometimes have. However, their ladder bent one stretch of our gutter on the front of the house and they left without informing me. When my husband returned home, it was VERY noticeable from the road. We take great pride in our home and were shocked that this company did not tell us this occurred. My husband called and left a message regarding the damage. Two or three days later, this provider called back, admitted they did do the damage and agreed to repair it free of charge. They asked for our patience as they are very busy and we agreed. We have been very patient for 7 weeks now and have waited to write this review in the hope they would come and repair the damage and we could write a positive review. However, there has been nothing done and no follow up. If they had explained the damage in the first place, I would have felt better about recommending this provider and using them again. Unfortunately, at this time I cannot.

It went very well. The technician was a little delayed, but fixed everything. He was very professional and left a very detailed message with tips and explained everything.

The cleaning was performed in a very thorough manner. The guys were very professional and responsive. The price was very attractive. My family is very happy with the renewed look of the house. I'd definitely use them again.

The actual service was very good as expected (who can screw up cleaning gutters?). They cleaned the gutters very well. I noticed they cleaned up well too. The issue is that I purchased their $99 deal. In the print, it said only for houses under xx sq feet as well as the roof must be accessible on foot. Completely understand. Ours was over the sq footage (as expected) and the roof was not all 100% accessible on foot (as expected). The issue is that they never called to provide us a quote above the $99 deal. I understand paying more but the total price was 3 times as much which makes them more expensive than other companies (minus the angies list discounts makes it reasonable). We requested a refund via Angies List (thank you Angies List) and was contacted by the company saying, essentially, 'you still owe us the remaining amount'. We of course paid for their service. However, ZERO mention of WHY we were dissatisfied in order to improve their business. They appeared as they were just there for the quick money...(no time to call as a heads up "this will cost $xxx, and no time to ask 'what went wrong'). So, actual service was good - but not all companies/owners go the extra step which is why we have concerns over this company.

Clean and check gutters. Very upfront - pointed out that my house was bigger than the area I bought the deal for when I was making the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I pointed out several areas of concern, he checked them all and explained everything. He did a very good job - it rained very hard next day after the appointment, and the gutters worked great.

Contractor was outstanding. In addition to thoroughly cleaning my gutters for a reasonable price, he reinstalled a number of cap shingles which had come loose for another $50, well below what it would have cost me to have another contractor come to my home. HHS offers a number of services beyond simple gutter cleaning which I intend to avail myself in the near future. Highly recommended!

Team showed up on time, checked in with me and got right to work. Job lasted about 90 minutes and they checked in with me before they left. You couldn't tell they were even there. Very low maintenance, and very professional.
